A wasted day. I took my truck in to have a handful of recalls and a couple of other issues taken care of on a Saturday morning. The service reps were polite and professional, even offering a free shuttle ride home which was much appreciated though it took quite a while to find their driver. While I waited, I spent the time exploring the modest selection of mostly new vehicles. As my truck is fast approaching the warranty limit, I really wanted to buy a new jeep. I narrowed my search to two jeeps after an hour of reading window stickers but apparently didn't rate the interest of the sales staff, a number of whom were sitting at the little tables staring out the windows. I guess they just couldn't give up the air conditioning, so my search continues. Two of three recalls were apparently dealt with, one warranty issue was dismissed as "normal operation" ( a bumping in the drivetrain ) and a non working window switch was "recalibrated". That window quit working the next morning which means another lost Saturday in the future. I can't say that I was impressed with this dealership. More

I waited for quite awhile before I was taken care of for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Once it was written up, it took a long time before the car was taken into the service area. 2 hours later I finally got my car after an attempt was made to sell me something that the car did not need. Namely an air filter that the mechanic claimed was dirty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle only has 10K miles on it. I checked it when I got home and found the filter to be fine. More

I usually get the car serviced in Fort Myers and was very happy to hear the Cape center had opened. Two weeks ago I took the car in for an oil change, tire rotation and decided to have the window wipers replaced. Service was very limited at the time and equipment was not fully available. Due to not much rain I had not used the new wipers until recently and noticed the wipers did not fully cover the windshield. I returned and questioned that these were not correct. Yes, they were the wrong size. My next disappointment was they didn't have any for my model (Chrysler 300S) and they were being ordered and expected to be in the next day and promised a phone call. Today came and went-no wipers, no phone call. A followup call would have been appreciated. I shouldn't have to make three visits for simple service. I'm not saying this dealership isn't great looking and the staff isn't great- both are but you are not ready to be open to the public. Until you are fully equipped to service your vehicles I will return to Fort Myers after I get the wipers replaced. More
