nickel and dimed me I have an oil change package that I buy from chrysler. I have used it in 7 different states and never paid a penny more. They said I needed an extra quart of oil that they wouldn't absorb the cost for. OK, so I paid the extra $2.21. Then they added a misc. charge of $2.00. It didn't say what that was for. For a new dealership this isn't the way to build up a customer base. More
