The automated telephone system is a mess! It's very frustrating and difficult to get connected to the proper person or you end up in a loop without connecting to no one! I brought my 2023 Jeep in for 3 Recall Repairs. Apt was at 9:15. I told Eddy that I need my car for tomorrow and to let me know if that would be an issue. I received call at 2:30 telling me that they are still working in vehicle. I was told i would be updated. I called dealership at 4:45 to be told they could not complete recall repairs.
