Service bay upon arival excellent. However the wsit time for a simple oil change is in excess of 2 hours. When complete it takes too long for paperwork generation/ processing. Slow and unresponsive Your team is inattentive when people are in the showroom. I spent 5 minutes inside and was never greeted or acknowledged. As a result, I left and bought a car elsewhere.
