Christopher Reid has been our service advisor and absolutely amazing to work with. Nobody likes having to take a vehicle in to the shop but Christopher Reid keeps us informed on ETA’s and happy to ta absolutely amazing to work with. Nobody likes having to take a vehicle in to the shop but Christopher Reid keeps us informed on ETA’s and happy to take in and tackle any and all issues we are having with our 20 plus fleet vehicles. He even answers his phone after hours and on his scheduled days off when we call. When Christopher Reid was on vacation Sonja Rodriguez and Mike Castori was just as helpful keep us updated regarding our fleet vehicles. Cape Coral CDJR Fleet Service go above and beyond for our service needs, which is why we drive over an hour for prompt and trusted service with a smile! Every time I have gone to have my truck serviced they have been great.
