I was 600 miles from home, hot summer weather and my AC stopped working. I called my hometown Ford dealer and he told me to find a Ford dealer on the way since the vehicle was under warranty. Canton Ford w stopped working. I called my hometown Ford dealer and he told me to find a Ford dealer on the way since the vehicle was under warranty. Canton Ford was the first dealership I came to so I stopped. I went in the Service Dept and explained the situation. Even though I did not have an appointment, he said “No Problem Sir”, and within an hour I was back on the Interstate, cool and comfortable, for the remaining 12 hour ride! Thanks Canton Ford! 5⭐️!! More

Had 2 bad experiences at Tri County Ford in Mabank. They make promices they do not keep. So I called Canton Ford to install a sunvisor that Tri County had a month to install. I called Canton Ford and spoke with Alex in service on a Friday. He told me to come in on Monday at 1:30 PM. At 2PM my car was ready. Canton Ford now has my business. Tri County lost me as a customer. More
