I had a pickup worked on for a total of 3 months at your dealership. The first month it was there I was called to pick it up. It was not repaired and I still had to charge the batteries to get it started. dealership. The first month it was there I was called to pick it up. It was not repaired and I still had to charge the batteries to get it started. They also worked on the radio and concluded it could not be fixed. At that time the a/c control switches was broke. When I left it the second time it was there for 2 months. I asked them to explain why they had not repaired the a/c control they didn’t have an answer. When I get it home one of the batteries was not secured and was bouncing around. I brought it back to have that fixed and asked about the a/c controls. I was told they had not worked on anything involving the dash and that they could fix it for $1200. By this time I was disgusted with dealing with your service department and decided to leave and and just deal with the damage that had been done. I will not be returning to Canton Ford and would not recommend anyone to your establishment More

They were friendly, professional, and kept me in the loop on the status of our truck. Some were OK others were condescending. I was trying to get to Ft. Worth and had trouble with my truck. I was told it would take up to 5 days to fix and would cost 2200.00 to fix. At which time I was presented a bill of 149.00. For estimating my problem.As you might guess I cannot recommend your dealership to anyone. More
