I am not very happy with the way the service department handled my service need. I purchased a bronco brand new, and a few weeks later I scheduled an appointment to have the roof checked. It sounds like there is wind coming inside of my car somewhere on the left passenger back side. And it leaks in the front passenger side. They checked it and said that it’s normal. It’s not, I have rode in multiple broncos and not one has made that noise. So my husband called and the scheduled another day to come pick up my car to double check it. That day came and no one called or came to pick up my car. The end of the week I get a phone call asking if it was ok to still pick up my car. And I told them that day was not good. They were supposed to talk to the supervisor and call me back to set up a better day. No one has called me back since then. This was a month ago. More
The staff was great. No problems there, even after I called them almost every 2 weeks for update on motor and parts being shipped to them. Garrett was very patient. I asked him to tell Ford there was an old lady in Fruitvale that was not happy and to hurrybit up! Wish Ford could have been on top of their job in getting motors and defect parts for 2019 Ecosports to dealerships. Took my car in on Aug 21 and didn't get it back until Oct 29. A wait of over 2 mos is not acceptable, no car, but 2 payments had to still be paid! Ford should provide rent car as soon as cars are turned in to dealerships! Sure, they'd reimburse you for a rental car, up to $50 per day, but only for 30 days. I opted out of that deal because I could not pay rental fees and wait for Ford to reimburse me. Who knows how long that would take?! I say all this to alert 2019 Ecosport owners about this recall. This was, by the way, the 4th engine in my car! The engineers of this model's engine should be terminated, if not already. More
