They guy who helped me was wonderful I was just very disappointed that because of a mistake made by my sales guy at tri-county ford I did not receive my oil change for free as was told to me when I purc disappointed that because of a mistake made by my sales guy at tri-county ford I did not receive my oil change for free as was told to me when I purchased the car! You would think that that credit could still be extended to a customer at any ford dealership! Needless to say I was not prepared for that $83 mistake! More
