When I first spoke with him and explained my financial situation, my needs and my budget I was concerned that Ray really knocked one out of the park! When I first spoke with him and explained my financial situation, my needs and my budget I was concerned that we were not going to come up with something that really suited me. I started thinking about quite a few alternatives, but none of them seemed "just right." Ray was patient and listened attentively. He really seemed to understand and he showed genuine interest in helping me. I told him I wasn't ready to make a decision and he wasn't pushy like most used car dealers. A few days later Ray called me to let me know he had just received a vehicle that he thought would be a great match for my needs. Sure enough, I drove down to the dealership and he was right. I was able to work out a deal with him and drove off in a much needed truck for my business and personal needs. Thank you, Ray! More
