Both the Sales & Service Departments are Friendly, Professional, and Courteous.. They were very busy when we dropped off our Tacoma for 15K-Mile Service, but they still took the time to explain everyt Professional, and Courteous.. And what truly impressed us, was the extra time the Service Manager took to explain the Tread-Wear on the tires of another customer that was beside us at the Service Counter. Then the Service Manager arranged for a ride home for that Customer, along with a Return-Trip to pick her back up in 3 hours, so that she would be able to pick up her car, after the Tires were replaced. Very Understanding of her situation. More
