Was able to customize dealer-installed options (i.e. add roof racks, no floormats, add cargo organizer, etc) to make expensive and unwanted packages. Smooth transaction with F&I and delivery. Salesman (Brooke Chadick) showed my wife and me the unit's complex infotainment system and other tech, and made it all very accessible and straightforward. Looking forward to going back for my new Prius Prime Twin Turbo (currently unavailable, but hopefully soon) to spice up the garage alongside the new minivan. Was definitely worth driving in from Panama City and New Orleans to make the deal, and would strongly recommend. More
