I purchased a corvette from the dealership in August 2022. I started having problems with the car in less than a week. The vehicle has been in and out of the shop about 5 times. They kept it for about 2 2022. I started having problems with the car in less than a week. The vehicle has been in and out of the shop about 5 times. They kept it for about 2 weeks. I paid the car off February 2023. I’ve been trying to get the refund on my extended warranty and gap. I still haven’t received the refund. I continue to get the run around. Today I called and spoke with the finance manager and he informed me that they needed the title to the vehicle. Had I not called, when was I going to be contacted to advise me of what was needed. The communication skills of the staff there is HORRIBLE! They are nice as ever when they want the sale, but after that they don’t care. More
Haley sold me a car that was wrecked twice and I didn’t think to have her give me car fax on the car at the time. However she should have known to tell me that before she sold it.
