Excitement to Let down!!! A price given should not increase because you choose to finance with the bank. I assumed that a price was a price regardless of where the $ was coming from. Who I would finan increase because you choose to finance with the bank. I assumed that a price was a price regardless of where the $ was coming from. Who I would finance through was NOT discussed until hours after I was given the bottom line price. Once I mentioned speaking with my bank about the cost, things quickly changed. I practically had to beg to have more than a 10 minute test drive to secure my opinion of spending over $40k .My bank was more than happy to finance the vehicle for me. I was hoping for that loyal, small town honesty. Dissatisfied and heartbroken to say the least. Never an apology just rude expectations More

There were no "detail" people on site so poor Jeremy had to try to detail the truck himself. Sorry, Jeremy, you're no detail man. I spent all day yesterday trying to scrub off the waterspots. They had only one finance manager so we had to wait over an hour to simply write out our checks and be handed the paperwork. This was the point at which I realized they had added in an extra fee (around $450) for "keeping the lights on". I would have thought the profit margin in the sale would "keep the lights on". Jeremy was a nice guy and he was quite embarrassed at how we were treated but there was nothing he could do. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
