I bought a 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe High Country in October with 45 miles on it. I had it one week and the transmission went out. I was a county over. Kim's service department refused to bring me a rental car with 45 miles on it. I had it one week and the transmission went out. I was a county over. Kim's service department refused to bring me a rental car to drive, arrange a tow truck, anything. They were "out of rentals". I had to ride home with another parent after spending my child's entire field trip arranging the tow truck to tow my car and dealing with the dealership. When I talked to Kim, she was very nice, but unaware of the situation until I told her. The service department was nice after that and Kim miraculously found me a car to drive. Now, about 4 months later, my vehicle is shaking again with check engine light on. I go to Kim's with an appointment. They tell me it will be 24 -72 hours before they can even do a diagnostic on it and the service manager refused to speak to me about it. I left to take my vehicle to Sullivan in Collins and let them know that. No one ever called or anything. I've been treated better by the place where I did not purchase my vehicle. Listen when people tell you not to buy from Kim's. Here I am, paying good money for a brand new vehicle while it sits in the shop yet again. More

They took such great care of me and found out the issue was something that I could drive home and have fixed then. What a blessing to be able to be out of town and have them take good care of us. Sid was our service consultant and Tasha shuttled us to downtown to shop and then picked us back up! Thank you for your amazing good ole fashion customer service. More
Went in to get estimate on new set of tires for my Chevy Colorado. At the same time applied for their credit plan. I was approved for enough to pay the tires. When I went back two days later to schedule to Colorado. At the same time applied for their credit plan. I was approved for enough to pay the tires. When I went back two days later to schedule to have tires done, was told I would have to pay for the tires before hand and could not use the credit plan that I was approved for and the service worker had gone over with me just two days before. Tires would have cost over $600 to order and labor would have been like $100 ( which does not qualify to use the credit plan since you have to have $140 for it to be used). Was told I had to pay for them before ordering so they did not get stuck with them if I did not return for my appointment. I bought the truck here and it has been serviced here several times over six years. They put on my current set which are the same brand the factory put on. These are not special order tires. I am sure that you could find them on a number of trucks in their lot. Neither customer serviced people I talked to seemed willing to try and work with me. Taking my truck somewhere else from now on. Service has gotten worse and less friendly since I bought my truck. More

April 8th we purchased a CPO 2020 Tahoe and Falon my sales person was great to work with . Drove the vehicle to Alabama for the weekend to deliver to my wife and pick up our trade -in. April 10 which wa sales person was great to work with . Drove the vehicle to Alabama for the weekend to deliver to my wife and pick up our trade -in. April 10 which was Saturday had to be jump off twice and had to purchase a battery in order to get vehicle back to Mississippi and I pay for the core of battery also knowing that dealer would have to check the battery. Met with Falon explain to her what took place over the weekend with vehicle and she accompanied me to service desk help explain the situation. Service clerk was not friendly and seem in my opinion rude to myself and Falon . I explain to him i had brought the trade -in and would have to bring the Tahoe back to the dealership which i did a hour later. At which time i was inform that it would be 72 hours to diagnostic test at which time met with Falon again inform them of issue. Mike sales manger spoke to service manger explaining to him vehicle was just purchased. Met with service manger he explain the 72 hour process and assure the issue would be fix in a timely matter. Also was inform that I would be reimburse for battery I purchased which i was. Tuesday I made a call to service manger 2:00 pm left a message no return call and went to dealer at 3 pm. Service clerk inform me he was at lunch and few minute's later service manger arrive and past me sitting in lobby. A lady from service met me in lobby so that explaining reimbursement and waited another 20 minutes for service manger to discuss Tahoe. Was inform everything it was a bad battery and all codes show good and I could pick vehicle up with understanding he would keep the work order open in case problem arise again. Began switching from loan vehicle prior to be completed service manger informed a mistake was made and vehicle needed alternator which left overnight and repair was made. Pick vehicle next day and seems to be working. My complaint is with no return calls service manger and made call to Sales manger Cliff Hughes left two messages with him no return call and call him back which he answer after third call, question about paperwork for tag and was rude also, made reference to Alabama deal quickly, referring to who I was as if it was a inside joke. Made call to dealership and even the receptionist laugh when I ask to speak someone above Mr. Hughes. Inform her I did not think it was a laughing matter especially spending the money spent I did for this vehicle. Yes I lost my temper and may owe her apology but attitude has been given to me since I bought this vehicle. I will never step foot on that dealer lot again and not even to service my vehicles. More
