Dropped my car off to be serviced, was told it’d be a half a day. Was planning on it, so no surprises there. Got told later in the day that my car was ready to be picked up. They told me that the left blend door actuator was the reason my AC wasn’t working and the cause of the ticking noise. I was already pretty skeptical, but whatever, these are supposed to be licensed techs. Got the receipt with three recalls/warranty claims resolved, even though I had only mentioned the rear toe linkage and the fuel pump control module was replaced recently. Was charged $125 for looking at the AC. Got the part and went home and changed it the next day (including a trip to a second auto parts store for the correct actuator), surprise surprise, my AC still blows hot air. I probably shouldn’t have been too surprised, given that the likelihood of them fixing three recalls (one of which was underneath the car)without moving the car an inch from where they’d parked it in the back lot was low, but wow. $125 to fake some paperwork and tell me a generic solution to two different problems, one of which can be completely discarded by simply walking closer to the engine? I’d stay far away from whatever poor excuse for technicians they had working on my car. More

Was told that my lug nuts were swollen and they all needed to be replaced. They swell because of how they are made. Apparently it’s been an issue with Ford. But they were going to replace them with the needed to be replaced. They swell because of how they are made. Apparently it’s been an issue with Ford. But they were going to replace them with the same defective lug nuts and charge me almost 4 times as much as Auto Zone charges for good lug nuts. So I paid for “The Works” service but did not get my tires rotated or my brakes checked because I wouldn’t pay for more bad lug nuts. 😕 More

i was charged $190 for you to do nothing. This dealership is not transparent at all. Terrible service. Cancelled on me because “only” transmission guy was at school…but did not tell me until This dealership is not transparent at all. Terrible service. So a wasted day I took off of work and got my kids around and also arranged an additional ride for the day, for no communication from this dealership and to be cancelled on with no help for a week. Then, once I did get in, a week later, I told them what was happening with the car, nothing was fixed but I was charged, car is still doing EXACTLY what I said it was…crazy huh? I thought the customer was always right, but you made me feel stupid twice for no reason. Terrible business practices all around. I will not be back and I will let everyone know how you operate. If this app allowed zero stars, that’s what I would give. It was seriously that bad. More
