We apologize you were unhappy with your experience here. It's not what we try to do. However, you had lost your license due to a "personal" issue and we let you know you couldn't drive a vehicle with out a valid license. You mentioned you would come back when you had your license situation taken care of to drive it. Instead of taking care of your license and coming back to drive it, you left a negative review. I did not agree to come back, because like previously stated, I had to leave early from work and it was the only day I could make it before your closing time. The salesman simply said “come back tomorrow” then which I said “well I can’t” and that was that, I left because he wouldn’t work with me or even really talk to me, because like I also stated he wouldn’t even listen to what I said, I asked if there was a bathroom and his response was “will you be financing”, that should be enough to tell you that he didn’t care what I was talking about or even cared to listen to me. It was a very nice truck that I was very interested in, but the way he acted completely turned me off to buying it. Also, I do in fact have a valid drivers license, so your statement of saying “you had lost your license” is false. I’ve got everything one needs to buy a truck and drive a truck legally, and if you don’t believe me ask Denooyer Chevrolet, I bought a truck from them the next day. So again not only was the salesman a jerk, now you’re saying I don’t take care of situations and your making statements about someone that aren’t even true, way to go. Not trying to be a xxxxx and just leave a bad review, I would never talk bad about a person/group just to do it, I would only do it if I felt it was necessary, , but he genuinely ruined my experience with Candy Ford, because of poor customer service, and lack of listening skills.
