I pickup my car after having work done on Thursday on the rear end and paid the $100 deductible. Then I had to take it back into the dealership the following Monday, because of a loud noise and was told that rear end and paid the $100 deductible. Then I had to take it back into the dealership the following Monday, because of a loud noise and was told that a wheel bearing had to be replace. Which I felt should have been done when it was in there the first time, because if they would have driven it they would have heard the noise. When I asked why I was being charged another $100 I was told it had nothing to do with what they fixed. I was told that it could have been the wheel bearing making the noise when I had it in there the first time. So why didn't they check it out the first time instead of charging me another $100's. More

We had all the service for our 2010 Escape serviced at Candy Ford until we replaced it with a 2017 Escape. We also had our 2017 Escape serviced there. The customer service was always exceptional. However, over the last 18 months having the 'Works' completed 3 times, I discovered with all 3 oil changes it was a quart or more low of fresh oil each time. This concerns me for obvious reasons. I did contact the new Service Mgr Dennis this last time to inform him of my concern. He apologized and thanked me for letting him know. He said he would look into a possible issue with the oil dispenser. More
