Overall, great experience & love my new Mach-E. Andy (Sales) & Ken (Finance) were great. Good communication and at no point was there any pressure or hard sales tactics. I maintain five stars because of the great staff and good deal on the car but have a few critiques: the transaction just took a long time - 3 hours (not including the test drive and demo which added even more time but that was the fun part). I'd recommend doing as much paperwork online / ahead of time as you can (I'd say this for any dealer). Also the showroom could use a coat of paint / be modernized. Critique aside, I highly recommend Candy and will definitely shop them again. More
