Service manager was a complete jerk. It was a simple Radio Software Update. If he can't do that do you really want these people working on your motor/transmissions?? Worst yet no solutions or help was offered in any way, just do it yourself and basically refused service on a Dodge vehicle because it was too complex a problem and might take learnign something HE SHOULD KNOW.
