I am generally not a huge fan of dealership service departments, but Campus Ford is one is the exceptions. I pulled in without an appointment last week because I was two hours from home when every bell departments, but Campus Ford is one is the exceptions. I pulled in without an appointment last week because I was two hours from home when every bell, light, and gauge in my F350 started going haywire. I was traveling with my two small dogs and when I explained the situation, they welcomed us all into the waiting area and immediately jumped in to diagnose the problem. The dogs and I ended up needing to overnight at a local hotel, but we were back at Campus Ford at 7:30 am the next morning and they had us on the road by noon after repairing the numerous wires that rodents had chewed through. It was highly recommend the service department at Campus Ford. More

No happy with the service department. Had a windshield installed just to get home to discover that it was chipped on the inside. Earlier this year had to take it in due to all of the water leaks and they installed just to get home to discover that it was chipped on the inside. Earlier this year had to take it in due to all of the water leaks and they tried making us pay for it and it didn't hardly have 25,000 miles on it(the carpet was soaking wet and starting to smell). They didn't fix it all and can't even mount a tow package on correctly! I will no longer do business with them again. More
Two new cars in less than 2 years Mickey Painter sold us a new 2017 Ford Escape in November, 2017. Beginning in April, 2019 five engine light trips sent me to Service with Doug Kershn Mickey Painter sold us a new 2017 Ford Escape in November, 2017. Beginning in April, 2019 five engine light trips sent me to Service with Doug Kershner, Service Manager, who was wonderful each time, Finally in June, Mickey Painter, our original sales rep worked with us and with Ford and we got a brand new 2019 Escape. Problem with our 17 still not resolved but we are driving a safe new car. Thanks to Doug and to Mickey for being so caring to a senior citizen lady and her husband who appreciated all the extra care and help! More

I got it towed there and was recommended a $100 diagnosis for it along with more potential money and labor. I understand Shannon may have been preparing me for the worst, but I was hoping for some better insight on the switch from him claiming to be in the business for 30 years. Shannon also made me feel like an idiot when I told him what I was pretty sure what the problem was. He didnt seem customer focused at all. I eventually YouTubed the issue and fixed it myself in 10 minutes More
