Jim Snead has earned my trust over the past few years giving me top notch maintenance on my 2011 Ford Mustang at a very reasonable price. After one of my regular visits I was chatting with Audrey about the new 2016 mustangs and the seed was planted after I was put in that amazing car. I left knowing that I had to get it. A few months later I was ready to think more seriously about it and I returned. Audrey helped me find the vehicle of my dreams but sadly enough it was in North Carolina. I left not even seeing the car we had spoke about and a few hours later I knew I couldn't pass it up. They never once preasured me into any thing actually they kept reminding me I could take off features to lower the price. It didn't work I wanted a fully loaded car with all the bells and whistles. They promptly sent two drivers down 254 miles away to collect my car. When they called me the next day to tell me it was ready I had no idea the care they took with my new car to make sure it was perfect. The whole process from the sales pitch to the financincing ( this is where most dealers add all those expensive add ins that nobody really needs to the bill just to make a buck but they didn't pressure me into anything I actually added what I wanted not what most other dealers talk you into that you will never need.)to the delivery was flawless. Jims staff has always been very happy and everyone seams to love him with very positive things to say. Heck the man personally gave me a ride back to work on one occasion because he didn't want me to have to wait. He was such a nice man. That's when I knew I would never deal with another dealer again. Thanks to Jims high standards and professional staff I have the car of my dreams. Thank you for everything. Great experience I had been dreading truck shopping but I need to do it. I went to many dealership and told them all the same things. Except one dealership where nobod I had been dreading truck shopping but I need to do it. I went to many dealership and told them all the same things. Except one dealership where nobody would talk to me. When I went to Jim Snead ford Micky Painter came out to meet me and ask what I was interested in. We spent many hours that evening going over all my options and the new no haggle deals. We had narrowed down my many options and the next morning I went in for a test drive. After I knew what I wanted we searched for the right truck. It was found in a different state. When we started filling out the paper work A. J. Burns was very knowledgeable and willing to explain what was the best option for me. They made a job I was dreading very painless. Now all I have to do is enjoy my new F-150. Thanks More

Great All Around Customer Service In the past 2 years I have purchase 3 vehicles, two jeeps and most recently a Ford F150 XLT. During this period I have spoken with more Sales people than I care to admit. That being said Mickey Painter (Sales person) exceeded all expectations and is the reason that I ended up buying the truck. When I first met Mickey he did not push me in to anything, simply answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction. Because of that I came back at a later date to discuss in more detail the potential of buying a new vehicle. I had a lot of questions and pretty much put him through the ringer as far as options and pricing. He was well prepared, actually listened to what I wanted, and most importantly he did not try to "screw" me on my trade in and he gave me a great price on a new truck, unlike previous experiences with other dealerships. Also, I would like to say that A.J. provided great information, explained everything thoroughly, and made the paperwork as painless as possible. As Mickey would say "there are no smoke and mirrors" at Jim Snead, and if you are looking for a no BS, straight forward, honest person to talk to about buying a Ford then I would highly recommend stopping by and seeing Mickey.
