If I could give them less than a star I would. I called 3 times yesterday. Only one message left but still almost 2 business days later I have not received a call back. We bought a 2017 5th wheel trailer 3 times yesterday. Only one message left but still almost 2 business days later I have not received a call back. We bought a 2017 5th wheel trailer last year with the extended warranty. Coming from a warranty department I'm pretty versed and know there are always some types of exclusions. I specifically asked Julie, our finance lady, what those exclusions were and was told specifically that everything was covered with the exception of any slide adjustments that were needed. Great, I get that. Normal wear and tear. I called in yesterday to take advantage of the "great warranty" and apparently we paid thousands of extra dollars for absolutely nothing. We purchased the trailer roughly a year ago (it may be a little less than a year but I'm sure it's close) spent after taxes, fees and our once again great warranty over 40,000. A year later ALL OF THE TRIM IS FALLING AND THE WALLS ARE LITERALLY PEELING. Last week the AC also went out. I called into the service department and was told that despite what we had been told nothing cosmetic is covered. That as far as the AC goes they can get us in mid October but the warranty is very limited. We are responsible for the cost of diagnosis and all freight charges to get any parts to us. So basically the expensive xxxx.. None of that was told to us at the time of sale because obviously making the sale is way more important than a little bit of freaking honesty. My husband is pretty handy so he brought out one of his little testers, spent less than 20 bucks and fixed everything in less 15 minutes. We will be upgrading our trailer this year to a toy hauler and THEY WILL NEVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN AND WILL BE HEARING FROM THE BBB ON THIS!! More

Having been an RVer for over 30 years I completely understand and the issues that come with being an RVer, I see people complain constantly about thin Having been an RVer for over 30 years I completely understand and the issues that come with being an RVer, I see people complain constantly about things that are completely out of a dealers control as there are so many brands and everyone uses different parts for well everything. Imagine your house being dragged down the road at 65 miles an hour and hitting 32 potholes and speed bumps and hitting your brakes when some idiot swings in front of you and then the poor dealer gets blamed when a cabinet door comes loose, a water line leaks, a slide motor jams. Brad the service manager at Camping World in Roseville did my walk thru over 20 years ago when I bought a Roseair when it was Village RV and all these years later he is still there and has invested his life to helping people like me. If you see how big this place is it can be intimidating but dealing with many services centers around the country it always makes me happy knowing if I need help Brad will be there for me. I highly recommend if in need of service a new rv or just want to learn what different types of RV's are out there you owe it to yourself to check out this massive lot, honestly some of the nicest people in the business More

New RV purchase with pre existing damage not disclosed I purchased a new 2019 Thor RV Motor Home July 2018. During walk around in advance of closure it was not noticed by me or disclosed by staff existing I purchased a new 2019 Thor RV Motor Home July 2018. During walk around in advance of closure it was not noticed by me or disclosed by staff existing damage in and around left rear wheel well and area. On my first day and just about driving out of California left rear wheel well trim was noticed flapping in the rear view mirror. One screw was all that held it on. I removed it and threw it inside. That evening I examined that area more closely. Trim around wheel well, trim that runs aft from that point, mud flap damaged and mud flap bracket was bent and aiming up rather than down as it should be. Now my mind is raceing trying to figure out if maybe I hit something. I thought about it all night until I went back down to have another look and noticed it had two new off the wall Japanese tires while the other four were Goodyear RV tires. I knew then that this was all preexisting damage with dealership knowledge. I addressed this with camping world Roseville , Ca when I returned home to Missouri. I included pictures blown up that clearly showed the damage as well as pictures of the replacement tires. Camping world Roseville, CA did not so much as give me a call or acknowledge my letter. I'm in the process of writing a letter to Thor Factory at this time. Honesty, integrity by manager, sales person and individual that was charged with walk around failed me and their business this day. More

Huge Location Great Dealer This is an amazing dealer, has more inventory than many of the local dealers in Sacramento area, I was asked if I needed help and said I just wanted t This is an amazing dealer, has more inventory than many of the local dealers in Sacramento area, I was asked if I needed help and said I just wanted to look around, I was politely told / asked if someone could show me around and I declined saying I wanted to be left alone and that lasted about 5 minutes until I was out on the lot and realized I could never find what I was looking for by myself so I sheepishly came back in and asked if someone could help me, a young very energetic salesperson named Sheldon helped me immediately and thinking this kid wouldn’t know a thing again I was proved wrong, he knew every inch of the lot and exceeding my expectation knew everything about pretty much everything on the lot, I was wanting to find a trailer with Bunkbeds that my 07 Chevy 2500 could tow and he had 12 right off the bat to show me and all different brands, I was very amazed and would highly recommend Camping World RV sales (not to be confused with Camping World parts store in Rocklin) this place is massive and would guess there are 2 to 300 RV,s to see here, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back but Hopefully my Coleman 26bh last me long enough I won’t have to go back for a while except for my annual check up which to my surprise was also included at no charge.... do yourself a favor shop here 1st, shop here last but definitely shop here More

Shotty workmanship So brought in for warranty work for leak when running shower, trim coming off doorway, caulking issues, insulation coming out from edge of underbelly So brought in for warranty work for leak when running shower, trim coming off doorway, caulking issues, insulation coming out from edge of underbelly in the rear, leaking in kitchen sink. Took 2 weeks -trim not fixed on order, couldn't find leak in shower, covered insulation with tape, fixed kitchen, cut under belly to find leak repaired cut with tape, . Had to pick up trailer and come back when parts in in about week- they said no room too store it while waiting. I had to call and find out on progress then they said come get it. No one in customer service to help-on lunch break, then couldn't find keys, trial and error until the did. After paid 75 cause couldn't find leak, hooked up, heard noise inside - all lights, heater, water running with drain plug in, water pump going. If hadn't checked would have floozed me out. Very poor customer service and they don't care. More

Okay I need to let you know I own a service company and over the years I've learned what it takes to deliver good or even adequate service. One way is to return phone calls. The other is to keep the client informed of what's going on. Another way is to stand by your word. I dropped my new trailer off for warranty work in the first week of July. I was told the repairs would take no more than 2 or 3 weeks and definitely no more than 4. I had to call after not hearing from them after 2 weeks. I continued to call just to see what the heck was going on. This went on for a full month. By week 4 I had to take my trailer because we were leaving on a trip. I picked it up in early August, nothing had been done. I was told they would call when they had things figured out so they could make all the repairs. Well it's September 6th now. I left a message yesterday and still have heard nothing. So now we are in the third month and my trailer is still broken. How in the Heck does this company stay in business I wonder. The only reason I have put up with their poor service for so long is it's warranty work and they are the only semi-local service provider for our trailer. If I actually had to pay for this awful service I would have found another repair shop over 2 months ago. This is by far the worst service I have ever experience. Please save your money and your sanity and stay away from this horrid place. PS don't buy a RV from them either. More
