Horrific customer service. Sold us a lemon in April. After repeated promises to order replacement parts and fix broken components, they didn't deliver. We finally took it out only to run into major safety issues (that would have been fixed if they actually did what they said they would). Camper is now unusable as it is. Their "warranty" won't cover anything and the team keeps passing the buck. Don't trust them! You'll regret it. More

I purchased my new 2023 Micro Lite 25BRDS here. Samantha (Sam) was awesome to work with. She had to be patient with me when the sale of my own camper fell through and I had to renegotiate my deal w Samantha (Sam) was awesome to work with. They worked it out and got the financing done with a much lower down payment. About three days after I brought it home, Sam reached out just to check in and see how things were going and if I had any questions. Thats great customer service. We just got back from a 2 week vacation with our 2021Bullet 330bhs 38ft hitch pull camper that we bought from Camping world last September of 2021 and decided that we needed to upgrade to a 5th wh 2021Bullet 330bhs 38ft hitch pull camper that we bought from Camping world last September of 2021 and decided that we needed to upgrade to a 5th wheel . We worked with Steve Davidson. He was great . Steve got a great trade in on our 2021 and got us in our New 2022 Hemisphere 369bl. We will continue using Camping World for our camping needs . The staff was helpful and took time to answer all our questions . Our walk thru was amazing with Janell . Anything that needed fix got fixed before we left . I cant be more satisfied with Camping Word of KC and customer service . Thanks you for making it easy !! Your team is the BEST !! More

A great purchasing experience. I was seeking a travel trailer. I have always had a class C motorhome and felt it was time to upgrade to a trailer. The sales person was fantastic and gave me a tour of t trailer. I have always had a class C motorhome and felt it was time to upgrade to a trailer. The sales person was fantastic and gave me a tour of the units that would meet my needs. I selected the 2nd unit which was perfect for me. The deal was made. I was given a fair trade for my Class C tradein. The asking price of the new unit was very satisfactory. They completed all of the necessary paperwork very expeditiously and I brought the new unit home 2 days later. I could not ask for any better service. I recommend this RV center to anyone. Be prepared for the best experience in the purchase of your RV. More
