xxxx poor service ! I bought brand new 2017 mallard camper from this place. Only had it four months . The master door is falling off. The slide leaks. The wall in the mas I bought brand new 2017 mallard camper from this place. Only had it four months . The master door is falling off. The slide leaks. The wall in the master bedroom leaks. This is the second visit for service . The first service the floor had a hole in it from day one and some of the trim was poorly put in this camper and the shower leaked. So I wanted it fixed . After having my camper a month. I got it back, I guess the shower is fixed can't see water anyway. I was told they fixed it with silicone. The hole in the floor was packed with silicone and my counters were colored with black magic marker. So now they have my camper for the second time . Took it in on Monday . Was told the would inspect the damage Tuesday and let me know what has to be fixed. Today is Friday have heard nothing. More

Excellent service in a timely way! We were having electrical problems with brake lights and turn signals on our travel trailer. Nichole Gunter was our Service Advisor, and she was courteous and professional. Two hours later we were back on the road with all lights working! worst service experience ever- rude non responsive staff If you make a study, how rude it can get, how people act who has no plan about customer service, if you want to know, how often theycan lie to somebod If you make a study, how rude it can get, how people act who has no plan about customer service, if you want to know, how often theycan lie to somebody within 5 minutes, if you want to know, how long you can stand in front of a service desk without being aknowledged and how people react, when you treat them with the same respect they treat you - well- this is the right place to go. If you don't have an appointment (most important thing in the whole store)- don't even bother to go there. I can't tell you how to make an appointment, because they don't even pick up the phone or call you back. If you like to get sarcastic- don't bother- they don't understand the reason and do absolutely not like it (you have an appointment? - well, if you would had picked up the phone within the last 4 days, where I called you over 20 times, you would know why I'm here...) no- after that they refuse to do anything for you at all. Especially, when they figure out, that you're angry- for them, that's a challenge, how far they can go. And they don't like it, when you contact the manufacturer and find out about their lies (the manufacturer does not respond, manufacturer declined warranty, manufacturer is behind with warranty claims, manufacturer has no parts, etc...) and if you even dare to confront them with their lies and tell them to call a specific person at the manufacturer to solve the issue- they tell you: don't tell us how to do our job and hang up the phone (when you're really lucky to get someone on the phone at all). When you then after month appear unannounced and find your brand new, 1 month old camper in the dirtiest last place of the lot, full with mud (what did they do? going muddin?) dust and bird poop and finally loose it, don't expect them to reflect them self and ask, what did I do wrong, that the customer goes off on us?. No- they will try to lecture you, how to behave and communicate with them, will tell you again the lie about the unresponsive manufacturer (even though you know already that that's a lie) and if you then tell them, that you pick up your unrepaired camper to get it somewhere else, don't expect them to be careful with your expensive property- they love to drop it a foot high down on the tongue jack. have fun there and enjoy. For me- I will avoid this store, like Camping World at all, like the Devil holy water and go, where I'm valued as good paying and loyal customer. More
purchased a motor home on 10/29/13 as of 12/8/13 after many calls and visits and promises they still have not delivered the title. We purchased a rv cash on 8/6 and were lied to about the title work. Still do not have it. Sales manager wont return phone calls. We are owed the title, a Good Sam refund and a reimbursement refund. Buyer beware! Once your check clears they could care less. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
