Very positive experience working with Alan on a used car sale. I appreciated that he offered and showed the car fax and brought it up for us without us initiating it. On January 18, 2011, we had our VW 1978 Rabbit in the Campbell/Nelson shop for repairs as water leaks had shorted out the fuses and the Rabbit would not start. The car had to be towed by AAA from the Wedgewood area of Seattle, WA, to shop at Campbell/Nelson VW in Edmonds, WA. on the evening of Monday, January 17, 2011. Our 1978 Rabbit had been serviced by Campbell/Nelson VW for over 13 years. On January 19, 2011, we were notified that the Rabbit was repaired, so we went to get it and talked with the service manager and paid for the repairs. The Rabbit had over 140,000 miles on the same engine. Before leaving, we wandered into the new/used car sales department and met Mr. Larry Camp. He showed us a new diesel powered Golf VW and a used 2007 VW Passat. Mr. Camp took the time to explain and show the many special and standard features of both the Golf and Passat vehicles. He gave us literature giving the specifications on both vehicles to take home and read. He offered to show us additional cars, but we were short on time; so we took the literature and his business card and my wife drove the Rabbit home. I drove our other car home. After dinner we studied the literature from Mr. Camp, looked through our records pertaining to the VW Rabbit and decided to call Mr. Camp the next day for a meeting at Campbell/Nelson VW. We met with Mr. Camp on January 20, 2011, test drove the 2007 VW Certified used Passat and bought it. In the closing process, we met Mr. Cecil Tyler, who explained the remaining limited warranties still existing, on the 2007 Passat, the Campbell/Nelson policy of furnishing a free first oil change and other free oil changes after we paid for two. We asked if further extended warranties were available and Mr. Tyler said "yes", did some computer calculations and told us what the cost would be. We bought the further extended warranty. We appreciated Mr. Camp and Mr. Tyler being very helpful in explaining everything and answering our questions without in any way pressuring us to purchase. The original owner's manual was in the glove compartment of the 2007 Passat -- it looks brand new as does the car. We are delighted with the manner in which our 2007 Passat drives and we are pleased with our purchase. We recommend both Mr. Camp and Mr. Tyler. I met Mr. Travis Myers on January 28, 2011, when I met with Mr. Camp after being unable to submit a dealership evaluation by computer. Mr. Myers was able to get me a login name and password, which I am now using on my home computer to submit my evaluation. My wife and I highly recommend Campbell/Nelson VW for the shop's care of our 1978 VW Rabbit and the sales department's care in assuring us satisfaction with our purchase of the 2007 VW Certified Passat. More
I was impressed with the dealership, and especially Heath Bower. My wife and I were warmly welcomed, allowed to drive the cars without a salesman riding along with us, and not pressured throughout the entir Bower. As our specific car was not available, we were provided with a service loaner until it was. Mind you, the loaner was a 2011 Jetta. The dealership also offered a free oil change before the one the VW offers. I would recommend them to friends and family. More

My service scheduled maintenance has always gone efficiently. So smoothly that I was confident in Sonny's ability to get things done. I handed him the keys, and told him that I'll wait for it while efficiently. So smoothly that I was confident in Sonny's ability to get things done. I handed him the keys, and told him that I'll wait for it while I do some work online. I was able to easily connect to the free WIFI, albeit, a security connection to my office company. Two hours went by fast, and before I knew it my name was called. And, the best part of it was the service did not cost a cent. More
