We have been to several dealerships looking at cars and trying to find out what we wanted, after TONS of research I had narrowed down what car we wanted and did lots of research to find the dealer we wanted to use. The ratings for Campbell's were very high, so we though we would try and are we ever glad. Brandon was very helpful, patient and seemed to be very genuine and honest. Can't say enough great things All I know is that we will never shop anywhere else for a new or used vehicle. Over the years we have bought several vehicles here. Gus used to assist us and he was awesome, however he is no longer there and we have recently had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Brandon Rakes. Not only does Brandon possess a tremendous amount of knowledge about ANY vehicle, he is also a great guy. He helps people feel comfortable through the entire experience from just looking to buying, if you have a question I am pretty sure he can answer it. If he can't he lets you know and gets the answer instead of trying to b.s his way through it. (some people do that) He is not what a person would expect from a car salesman. There is no "sales pitch" nor is there any pressure at all. He is a car enthusiast that truly enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. Prior to our experience at Campbell, we had purchased vehicles at two different places. The first place was a not so pleasant experience...and the dealership did not follow through with their end of the deal. The second place was just to dang big to truly care about the customer. Our most recent experience at Campbell with Brandon was a great pleasure. We knew what we wanted, we shared that information with Brandon and he kept us updated, not is a salesman type of way but just to make sure that he followed up with us as he had stated that he would. We really had a great experience and I would have to say it was fun going on our test drives. All of the people we have encountered there are great, from the service department on up. They make us feel like friends and we know that we are appreciated. I honestly enjoy going to hang out for an oil change :) More

He negotiated a very good deal on our trade-in and found discounts for our truck that made this a deal we couldn't pass up. The entire process of purchasing this truck was the most pleasant car purchase ever. No pressure to buy extras we didn't want and follow-up on the sale. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new Ram or other Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep purchase. You would not expect such a great deal from a small town dealership like this, but it is worth the drive (plus the savings in tax at only 8.3%) and all employees make you feel welcome and appreciated.
