Made my appointment time, AL walked past me numerous times without talking to me. Only came by after someone at the desk asking me if I needed help an hour later. Car's engine locked up 2 days after I financed it. Spent $479 to have it towed back to Campbell. Russell said I ought to be grateful that they replaced the car out of the kindness of their hearts. Service manager calls Monday morning complaining and rude because he had no info on the car that was towed back. The towing company handled the towing. Will not recommend Campbell to anyone. Really needed that $479, since I'm starting over and money is very tight right now. More
