Car market being what it is, I had few options when searching for a particular vehicle. I wasn’t particularly impressed here, but they had the car I was looking for. I’m happy with the vehicle, but it searching for a particular vehicle. I wasn’t particularly impressed here, but they had the car I was looking for. I’m happy with the vehicle, but it does irk me a little that they were telling me that the trim level was a step higher than it actually was. I tried to tell them, but they held their ground on a lie. The vehicle was about market priced, but they kept saying this is a steal because it’s “Limited Platinum” trim. It wasn’t and I knew better. It was more an insult to my intelligence. Also the dealer guy disappeared after I agreed to a price and I didn’t see or hear from him since. Other random dealers had to finish up the process of getting the vehicle ready. In the future, if they have what I’m looking for at the right price, I’ll stop and take a look. But I wouldn’t recommend this dealer as a one stop shop. More

Salesman lied about the truck I bought. I drove 50 miles and going only 5-8 mph making a turn into a place had a tie rod break, but looking at the break there was a rust spot in the middle. So, it was most likely cracked or patched when I bought it. The AC doesn’t blow air. But the truck magically passed through their big inspection process. I’m over a very large company and I will forever tell people to never go to Campbell and the salesman, Allan, unless they make it right. More
