Very disappointed in the way service handled my insurance cl Was very disappointed in the way that service handled our insurance claim in the way they treated me and my wife while we were there and on the phone Was very disappointed in the way that service handled our insurance claim in the way they treated me and my wife while we were there and on the phone almost like we were second citizens because we didn't buy a camper there even though I bought two there in the past. When the work was all done I ask if they can roll out my awning so I can check to make sure it worked before I drove it home and I was told I would be charged another half an hour labor for that and that that was not their policy which in March of 2017 you put my steps on and you were more than happy to show me how they worked .So I will not be coming anymore to your facility because I was treated very unprofessional and practically had to argue about everything with your service people very disappointed I really liked you guys but will not come there ever again. And another thing I was told that why didn't I wait for my camper I told them I had to go to work so I basically was ridiculed for not sticking around and waiting for my camper which I picked up later on around 7 p.m., More
