I usually don't do this but I feel like I had to share. I went up thinking that I was going to be able to either one turn in my lease or get into another vehicle. The only reason I went there was because I was told numerous times they could do it no problem, within 10 minutes of getting there we were being pulled into double payments and vehicles we had no interest in. I get it they don't do the financing part but when they tell me that they are able to do this and then come back and its double the amount it is a bit disheartening to know the person who is supposed to be working for our best interest is just lying to our face. It is no wonder why organizations like carvana and carmax are going global because of their focus on customer experience over snake oil salesman. Don't go there if you value your time. More
