I am extraordinarily dissatisfied with the service department; the service department at Toyota Camelback took a full three days to diagnose my car instead of four hours. After all this delay and unjustified waiting, they decided to clean up my engine carbon which did not reflect any improvement. I paid $387.99, this very surprising and disappointing from Toyota camelback. It was a bad experience and unsatisfactory service. I've been here twice, once for an oil change and once for a service special. Beyond the typical upselling nonsense and inflated charges that are typical of a dealership, there is one issue unique to Camelbac a service special. Never before have I been subjected to the amount of spam calls, emails, and junk mail from a company. I have asked at least three times to be removed from these but they just keep coming. You guys are obnoxious. Stop wasting paper, people do no go to companies because they have to throw away junk from them every other week. In fact, your frequent disregard for harassing customers is exactly why I will not be returning. More
Dropped my car off before 9 for a 9am appt was told up to 2 hours. I started calling at 12 but my advisor was not answering at his extension. I kept calling. I went to the dealership and Andre was nonchalant and didn't answer when I asked when my car was ready. On the paperwork it said 10:52. I don't know when he planned on letting me know. More

Had my truck towed in on Monday morning for new tire. Called Tuesday 3 times and receptionist and service team could not locate truck and told me it wasn't there. Had to track down the tow truck driver who swore up and down that he dropped it off at the service department at this location. Called back again on Wednesday to find out after being on hold that the truck was there and the service manager would call me later that day. No response, called again Thursday and service guy again told me my truck wasnt on file. Oh my god, finally after putting me on hold, the service manager that was supposed to call me back was off for the day, but keys and paperwork was on his desk. Nobody called me back, so disappointed and this should of been an in and out deal, just like it normally is when I go to Toyota Peoria. Instead, 3 days later, couldn't work Tues or Wednesday, pissed off customers and now I'm working Saturday and Sunday to get caught up! COME ON MAN! More

I had an appointment to get a change of oil on 12-27-19 at 1:30. My appointment was apparently with the guy named Robert. He doesn’t change oil he just oversees things I guess. I came little early, so an hour into it came to ask him how much longer; he was a bit rude and he was trying to tell me because I have a truck it takes longer. So I am still seating in the lobby and waiting, appearently another hour. You should not have an option to make an appointment if you can’t satisfy the time. This is horrible service and this will be my last time coming here. More

He rushed my car in for analysis and kept me informed throughout the repair process! RIPPED ME OFF TWICE NOW IN 3 MONTHS TO OVER $1000!! The first time I took my vehicle in it was regarding a key issue that was covered by a extra service agreement I had purchased when I bought my vehicl The first time I took my vehicle in it was regarding a key issue that was covered by a extra service agreement I had purchased when I bought my vehicle. Well they told me that it wasn't the key issue but rather it was a gas issue. My vehicle had run just fine on this same tank of gas I had purchased a wk prior perfectly fine UNTIL the key issue. Instead of just addressing the key issue, it's apparent they felt they needed to charge me for something/anything so they told me the reason my vehicle all of a sudden wouldn't start was because I had put in the wrong gas - that I had put in 85 octane instead of 87 octane. Well again it ran just fine with the same gas for A WK but now all of a sudden it wasn't the key issue but supposedly the wrong gas that i had put in my car the wk prior that was causing the issue. They charged me $928.38 to get my car back. I confirmed with Fry's Fuel Services that they didn't even sale 85 Octane and they even investigated the issue to make sure that they didn't accidentally put the wrong gas in their pumps that day that I purchased gas and confirmed 100% that they didn't do so. I provided all this information to Toyota and they are now refusing to call me back!! This is unacceptable. To make matters worse they charged me for ANOTHER item on my oil change this past Saturday that was AGAIN covered by my extended service agreement! This dealership does nothing but RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! More
