Had an issue in the service department with disrespectful service manager. Took the time to seek out upper management about the issue and was again treated with lack of respect and empathy. Katrina Coscarelli reached out to me about my issue and was more concerned with who controlled the conversation than my actual grievance. Mind you this is a higher-level management employee who didn’t even take the time to ask me what happened. Katrina was more confused that I reached out in the first place. It’s upsetting because I have dealt with multiple sales members who made the car buying experience over the years a breeze for my family. I personally do not recommend wasting your time or money with this dealership. I will save Katrina or other management the copy and paste reply to this message… yes, we received an initial discount. But not everything in life with customer support is about money. Relationships and a service nature is how you keep people brand advocates instead of haters for years to come. More

This dealership is full of liers and thieves. Mike and Brandon in service do not care about you, just stealing your money. They claimed they would cover my tow, and then after the vehicle made it Mike and Brandon in service do not care about you, just stealing your money. They claimed they would cover my tow, and then after the vehicle made it to the dealership, they decided they had changed their mind, and are currently charging me 60 dollars per day until I pay for their $865 tow bill! That's literally extortion. I can't believe this place, it makes me sick to find out that there are people this cruel in the world. 0 out of 10, worst dealership in America. More
Let me start by saying its a rip off dealership that is based of scamming clients their money especially with this economic slow down of selling cars and maintenance is the only way they will be making mon based of scamming clients their money especially with this economic slow down of selling cars and maintenance is the only way they will be making money. The head of the maintenance department Isac is the worse where he always find excuses to cover their mistakes. I brought my car to fix it at the dealership, paid top dollar for something simple and my car stayed there for a week to be fixed. While driving in the freeway my pedal failed and it almost caused me to crash. None of the staff members or the general manager did anything about it. They just blamed the piece that they replace as a failed part that cost me my life. Are u kidding me and threatened me to post anything online More

SALES---Wnat you would expect HIGH pressure rude in your face, mostly. So the guy we got for sales was a new guy. We were in the lot talking about cars etc and some 'full-of-himself' manager came up and c face, mostly. So the guy we got for sales was a new guy. We were in the lot talking about cars etc and some 'full-of-himself' manager came up and completely interrupted us and talked over our sales guy and was generally rude. When we got inside our guy (we will call him Fred) was new so he had a trainer. The trainer completely cut Fred out and anytime I tried talking with Fred or to include him the other guy cut in or spoke over one of us. This should have been a sign but I liked the truck. We got through this with the normal lies and attempts to manipulate or etc. Fred then was allowed to walk us to finance. This was a fantastic experience the woman was amazing and everything that you should be in customer service, SERVICE--Two weeks after the sale I was on the phone with the service dept. I was told that there was a single point of contact and that no other person in the entire Camelback Toyota employment could do anything to help me. This person was not available and I could only leave a message and when he got around to it he would call me back. That is a disgusting and revolting way to run a service department. I was told it was because it was so soon after the sale that he was the only one. It would seem to me that if I need service 2 weeks after the sale that the owner would be on the phone making sure I was taken care of immediately. I finally got the guy on the phone took the car in and they did not provide the rental that was is a part of my contract but they did get me a ride home. They called back in a day and said that nothing was wrong and that I would just have to wait until something more catastrophic happened. I told keep the car drive it like you own it. They said fine. A few days later they called back and said hey so you were right. The transmission does have a problem and your tires are in serious need of replacement, so we are gonna get you new tires and order the parts. The part are on back order so you can have you car back till then and it is fine to drive until then if something happens we will have it towed. Those new tires were not new they were used they even have a plug in them. They did finally get me a rental during this time also. But I had to push for it. So the car parts come in and we make arrangements for a drop off 2 weeks into the future. This suited both of us as they at that moment had no rentals and I was not free to bring the truck in for several days. When finally the day to drop off arrived they call the at 5pm the night before to say that they will not have a rental and that I can still drop the car off if I want but I will be without that car for the duration of the repairs. I have a contract that says I get a rental during repairs and they have breached that contract twice in two months and lied about getting me new tired and sold me a truck with a bad transmission. More
