I would give zero stars if I could. I have issues every time I need something done. I have to repeatedly call and leave messages for warranty services I have to use only through thier d I have issues every time I need something done. I am currently here for minor stains so I am having the Zack tek interior claim being processed. It's been over 4 hours!!! I could have had the whole car detailed quicker than that! Purchase extended warranties at your own risk!!!! This is not the first time of a extended wait either it's every time. More
A terrible experience altogether. I was sold a "lemon" car and have paid an extraordinary amount of money to have it repaired several times at Toyota Camelback to which they never rep I was sold a "lemon" car and have paid an extraordinary amount of money to have it repaired several times at Toyota Camelback to which they never repaired it in full. My car overheated and broke down several times and was in their shop 2 times in one week due to the same issue. My coolant was still draining out after I got it back for the "repair" they claimed to make, which cost me over 1200$. I brought it back with my concerns and Lorenzo told me they could not diagnose my car until Monday. I got set up with a rental car, but three hours later they called me back saying they filled it up with coolant and I can come get my car and told me they didn't think there was a problem but they didn't know. Three days later it drained out again and I had to bring it to a new dealership in which they informed me the repair was not fully done and my coolant was indeed leaking out into my water outlet. Upon checking my repair receipts, Camelback Toyota claimed they had repaired my water outlet just two weeks prior. When I contacted Lorenzo over this, he told me they would not take accountability or issue any refunds as I chose to not feel comfortable working with them and bring it to someone else, which is a blatant lie as I did bring it back to them and my concerns was blown off so I was given no other option. I would recommend to stay away unless you have unlimited money and don't care at all how the work is done and if your car is repaired properly. A disgusting show of complete carelessness. More
I brought my car in because it wouldn't start. They told me I needed a new starter. When they tried to replace the starter they broke one of the bolts, They charged me to remove the transmission a They told me I needed a new starter. When they tried to replace the starter they broke one of the bolts, They charged me to remove the transmission and drill out the bolt. when doing this they damaged the motor and told me that I needed a new motor now for $26,000. I had to pay them $2700 to get my car back in pieces! After towing it to another shop they were able to put my car back together and fix it for just over $1000 And worst of all the old starter was fine the whole time! it was just a corroded wire all along. Management has done nothing to help me on this I am extremely disappointed and have lost total faith in this dealership, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! More

Camelback Toyota is not in the business of taking care of their clients but rather, ripping them off and treating them worthless taken advantage off. I purchased a 4runner and service front and rear brake pads and resurfaced rotors at Camelback Toyota to find out not even a year later I would need new brakes, came to find out they charged me for OEM parts but they put on tier down of the original brakes pad to make you come back sooner but they wont sale those parts to clients, BE AWARE IF THIS. 4runner 5th gen, Rear brake pad oem number is 0446-60140. They put on 0446-AZ203. The shady part is they charge your for the OEM ones but don’t get what you pay for. They will get you , so be aware of this ! There is YouTube videos on this as well if you want to your own research but its time for big corporations to take advantage of their customers. More

I went for warranty work on my 2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum Hybrid. The trim on the back driver's side door bent back after getting caught on the front door. First call was to explain the situation and volunteer to send pictures of the damage. I was told that I had to schedule an appointment so THEY could take pictures and get approval from Toyota. I took the time out of my day to bring my truck by the dealership so Nemo could take pictures. I was told they'd have to schedule the repair after they received the part. After they received the part, I scheduled an appointment for the repair. I showed up for my appointment and after nearly 3 hours of waiting in the lobby, I finally saw my truck being moved back for service. 10 minutes later - nearly 5:00 now - my advisor Nemo told me they needed my truck overnight. I had plans that night and the next morning so leaving my truck overnight was a huge inconvenience. Nemo would not provide a courtesy vehicle so I told him to give me my truck back. He later explained that courtesy vehicles were not provided for cosmetic repairs, even under warranty. I was upset about my wasted afternoon and asked for the service manager contact info. Nemo said he could have the manager contact me and I agreed. I received a call from Brandon Moss the next day. Never ended up talking with Brandon, but according to the website, Brandon is another service advisor. That maneuver feels pretty deceptive. I reluctantly decided to schedule another appointment since they already had the part and planned to drop my truck off overnight. Nemo said it would be ready in the morning. I received a call the next day and Nemo said they received the wrong part and they'd need my truck the rest of the day. Nearly 24 hours after I dropped off my truck I was informed it was ready for pickup. Upon inspection at pickup, I noticed a small chip in my driver's door where the trim hit it. Nemo seemed unconcerned. I asked him to document the damage so I could address it later. I don't understand how the service tech didn't notice and address the damage when he was working on the repair. My experience with other dealers - especially for warranty work has been much different. The service team did the bare minimum to resolve the issue. Not going back. More

Jose has never failed to be honest and professional with me and has gone the extra mile to take care of me on several occasions. I recently had a purge valve fail at mid-afternoon while driving. I called Jose and he told me to bring it in; no appointment. The technicians actually stayed after closing time to make sure the repair was completed and I was back on my way safely. Jose and his team deliver customer service as it should be delivered. More

The work is done on time, the price is fair, and honest. My truck has 540,000 miles on it, and the Engine, and Transmission has never been opened up. All because of Jose, and his team. Brought my Sorento in for a scheduled appointment just for an oil change. After 4 hours, the car still wasn't done. I inquired why and they said they don't take appts for Kia. Even though I've had it there 3 times before. Then Thursday 6/15/23 brought the car in at 0730 hours. They ordered the wrong part. It's now going to be done MAYBE 6/17/23 on a Saturday. I can promise you after seeing that the service dept only got 2 1/2 stars I will now be driving to Bell Road to a different dealer. I have zero confidence in this dealership. ZERO....nada....they are horrible. More
