Robert was able to source the tire, have it balanced, installed, and get me on my way to Thanksgiving dinner in Flagstaff, by 4:35 the same day... and I had no appointment either. I've had 4 vehicles regularly serviced at Camelback since 2005. Their work has always been accomplished on time and done properly. I've never been pressured to do any unnecessary repairs. Mike Romero, service adviser, has always been cordial, honest, and accommodating. The customer waiting area in the new facility is world-class. There is an upstairs quiet area that is perfect for doing computer work while waiting for your vehicle. They even have two auto-massage rooms that are no-charge! Also, they provide free coffee, bottled water, pastries, and popcorn. If you are really hungry, you can purchase a sandwich or salad for a very reasonable price. One thing I find especially unique is that the cashier offers me an ice-cold bottle of water when I check out. How great is that in Phoenix, AZ in August? I recently bought a Camry from another dealer, who (surprisingly) beat Camelback's price. I took the car to this dealer for the first two free services...never again...did not make us feel like a valued customer. Camelback will get all my service business in the future. I hope Camelback Toyota values Mike Romero as a super employee. He is the primary reason that I and several of my friends will continue to go back to Camelback for service. More
Went in first oil change/check low tire pressure light was on had the toy/4runner 2012 for just about a year. I don't drive it much the Mileage was 2,203 miles was told a nail was in tire and would cost m was on had the toy/4runner 2012 for just about a year. I don't drive it much the Mileage was 2,203 miles was told a nail was in tire and would cost me more than 200 for 1 tire. This is the main thing I hate about dealerships when they see a woman walk in automatically she's dumb. 2200 miles on a truck tire and 1 nail and I need to replace the tire. To make it even worse they put my Spare on the truck, said it was to keep me safe and then cleaned the truck up and let me leave with 3 rims and a spare. The low tire pressure light is still on and I felt as though the 2hrs I sat there waiting for my truck was a waste of my time. I paid for that extended warranty which is supposed to cover everything, well evidently not everything. I guess the big problem is that a tire can be totaled from 1 nail. What are these tires made of rubber? Bathe tire still looked as new as it did when I drove it out of the dealership. Is this the way I want a dealership to treat me after I spent over 40,000 with them. I think not. I think things could have be handled differently but evidently it's all about making money. I talked to the Service Manager and explained to him how I felt about the situation. We agreed there should have been more options considering the milage I put on the car yearly. He was very nice and knowledgeable and made me feel as though I was the important one. My negativity came from frustration and I should have talked to him first. My rating has changed and next time I will talk to the manage first. More

As time can be critical for me even though I am retired, Mr. DelaCruz works with me for scheduling of all services for our 2006 Avalon. We have been able to bring in our Avalon late in the evening, discuss Mr. DelaCruz works with me for scheduling of all services for our 2006 Avalon. We have been able to bring in our Avalon late in the evening, discuss what needs to be done, and then pick up the Avalon the next day at our convenience. We never were required to wait around for our car and it has always been ready when Mr. DelaCruz said it would be. I know that Mr. Delacruz does NOT perform the actual services for our car but I know he has some control of when the car is serviced. My thanks then, would certainly extend to the mechanics hidden away from the confusion of the front of the shops. Our thanks would also extend to those who prepare our car to be back on the road with such a sparkle. I would be remiss if I did not thank the Cashiers who also ensure the paperwork is properly bundled together and usually give us a great smile as we leave the area. Lastly but assuredly not the least is our thanks to Ian (Fleet Sales) who actually put us into this special automobile. Our Avalon is NOT just a car! Every time I take my car into this dealership for service, they try to sell my services that I do not need. One time it is an allignment and next time mysteriously I no longer need an alligment. Next two times it is fuel injection cleaning at 25,000 miles and 30,000 Although they are very convenient to work, I will never go there again.
