SALES---Wnat you would expect HIGH pressure rude in your face, mostly. So the guy we got for sales was a new guy. We were in the lot talking about cars etc and some 'full-of-himself' manager came up and c face, mostly. So the guy we got for sales was a new guy. We were in the lot talking about cars etc and some 'full-of-himself' manager came up and completely interrupted us and talked over our sales guy and was generally rude. When we got inside our guy (we will call him Fred) was new so he had a trainer. The trainer completely cut Fred out and anytime I tried talking with Fred or to include him the other guy cut in or spoke over one of us. This should have been a sign but I liked the truck. We got through this with the normal lies and attempts to manipulate or etc. Fred then was allowed to walk us to finance. This was a fantastic experience the woman was amazing and everything that you should be in customer service, SERVICE--Two weeks after the sale I was on the phone with the service dept. I was told that there was a single point of contact and that no other person in the entire Camelback Toyota employment could do anything to help me. This person was not available and I could only leave a message and when he got around to it he would call me back. That is a disgusting and revolting way to run a service department. I was told it was because it was so soon after the sale that he was the only one. It would seem to me that if I need service 2 weeks after the sale that the owner would be on the phone making sure I was taken care of immediately. I finally got the guy on the phone took the car in and they did not provide the rental that was is a part of my contract but they did get me a ride home. They called back in a day and said that nothing was wrong and that I would just have to wait until something more catastrophic happened. I told keep the car drive it like you own it. They said fine. A few days later they called back and said hey so you were right. The transmission does have a problem and your tires are in serious need of replacement, so we are gonna get you new tires and order the parts. The part are on back order so you can have you car back till then and it is fine to drive until then if something happens we will have it towed. Those new tires were not new they were used they even have a plug in them. They did finally get me a rental during this time also. But I had to push for it. So the car parts come in and we make arrangements for a drop off 2 weeks into the future. This suited both of us as they at that moment had no rentals and I was not free to bring the truck in for several days. When finally the day to drop off arrived they call the at 5pm the night before to say that they will not have a rental and that I can still drop the car off if I want but I will be without that car for the duration of the repairs. I have a contract that says I get a rental during repairs and they have breached that contract twice in two months and lied about getting me new tired and sold me a truck with a bad transmission. From purchase to service my experience has been awful. They will tell you whatever you want to hear and take it back later. They add interest to your loan for themselves without telling you. ZakTeck paint They will tell you whatever you want to hear and take it back later. They add interest to your loan for themselves without telling you. ZakTeck paint protection is a scam, Google it before purchasing. Been waiting for a call back for a month for a refund on the paint protection since I will not be using it due to a move across country and it has to be done at this dealer. never got a call back, only phone calls to purchase my car so I can get another used one that downgrades me from the car I just purchased. No one there knows what they are doing. Service is not actually done, they didn’t change my oil or complete a multi point inspection they said was done. However my filters need replaced and they didn’t mention that at all. Since they cannot complete the most basic service, an inspection, I will and recommend never trusting them with your vehicle. They most likely let things go in hopes the vehicle repairs later cause the owner to get a new car. This customer service has turned me away from ever buying another Toyota again. More

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and SERVICE DEPT. (11/05/21) - Tried to change oil myself, but oil filter housing was so far tightened, I could not loosen it. I even have the required special filter wrench to re Tried to change oil myself, but oil filter housing was so far tightened, I could not loosen it. I even have the required special filter wrench to remove the housing. It was not this way before I took my Tundra in for my free oil change a few months ago because I changed the oil myself well before my free oil change was due. I found out the oil filter housing could not be loosened after already draining my old oil. I had to put in new oil and without being able to install a new oil filter. I called Camelback Toyota to complain and spoke with three separate service advisors. Finally, third one got my name and number and said she would have a manager call me back. Its been over 2 hours and no phone call back. I even went on Camelback Toyota's website and spoke with a person online who said she would have a manager call me back after getting my name, number and email address. Still no response. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Also, when starting my oil change today, I noticed there was no gasket on the oil drain plug and a screw was missing (1 of 3) which secures the underside metal plate to its frame. My oil filter housing is probably missing its o-ring and that is why it will not come loose. (After last tire rotation service, I noticed 2 of the 4 valve stem caps were missing.) Hard to trust service from this place as they will loose pieces from your vehicle and tighten pieces so much you will not have a choice but to go back in and have them loosen it for you. (SCAM!!! for more money) You will will not notice the pieces missing until you do some maintenance on your own vehicle. I will not be going back in to Camelback Toyota for any future services or my, so called, free oil changes anymore. If you want things done right....you have to do it yourself. ***UPDATE (11/09/21) - Still, have not received any type of communication from Camelback Toyota. Terrible customer service. ***UPDATE (11-09-21) - Received an email from Toyota since I reported incident to them due to not receiving any return communication from Camelback Toyota. Toyota reported having contacted and forwarded my complaint onto the Customer Relations Manager and that person or someone from the management team would contact me by 11-10-21. ***UPDATE - Received call from a Service Manager (Adam) on 11-09-21 at 12:11 pm. He left me a message and asked I call him back. I called back at 3:08 pm but had to leave him a message. As of writing this update (4:16 pm), I have not received a call back. Will update…. Finally was able to get in contact with Adam. During contact, I was offered a free oil filter for my trouble and asked to come in for the service just in case my oil filter housing was damaged from being over tightened. It will cost me more in gas to drive there for a free oil filter and I still have a free oil change left to use. (Won’t be using). Just glad someone from Camelback Toyota called me back finally but was after I sent a complaint to TOYOTA and they got a hold of the customer relations manager at Camelback Toyota. More
TOOK MY CAR IN DUE TO ENGINE LIGHT ON/DIAGNOSTIC FOUND WATER IN THE FUEL. AFTER GETTING AN ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS, I TOLD ED TO NOT PROCEED UNTIL I LOOKED INTO COVERING THE COST. I am extraordinarily dissatisfied with the service department; the service department at Toyota Camelback took a full three days to diagnose my car instead of four hours. After all this delay and unju department; the service department at Toyota Camelback took a full three days to diagnose my car instead of four hours. After all this delay and unjustified waiting, they decided to clean up my engine carbon which did not reflect any improvement. I paid $387.99, this very surprising and disappointing from Toyota camelback. It was a bad experience and unsatisfactory service. They left the impression that they were inexperienced in diagnosing problems or lied that they did engine cleaning work. customer # 746540 invoice # 1888581 ***UPDATE*** three days ago I have contacted the email provided from google maps owner lfar01@camelbacktoyota.com and no one responded. I've been here twice, once for an oil change and once for a service special. Beyond the typical upselling nonsense and inflated charges that are typical of a dealership, there is one issue unique to Camelbac a service special. Beyond the typical upselling nonsense and inflated charges that are typical of a dealership, there is one issue unique to Camelback Toyota: the spam. Never before have I been subjected to the amount of spam calls, emails, and junk mail from a company. I have asked at least three times to be removed from these but they just keep coming. You guys are obnoxious. Stop wasting paper, people do no go to companies because they have to throw away junk from them every other week. In fact, your frequent disregard for harassing customers is exactly why I will not be returning. More
Dropped my car off before 9 for a 9am appt was told up to 2 hours. I started calling at 12 but my advisor was not answering at his extension. I kept calling. Finally I talked to chase and he transferred m to 2 hours. I started calling at 12 but my advisor was not answering at his extension. I kept calling. Finally I talked to chase and he transferred me to parts because I told him my advisor Andre was not picking up. West in parts said my car is ready. This was at 130. I went to the dealership and Andre was nonchalant and didn't answer when I asked when my car was ready. On the paperwork it said 10:52. I don't know when he planned on letting me know. More
