Katrina, I spoke with you on the phone today regarding this situation. You made it clear (whether intentional or not) that my families business means little to nothing to Camelback Toyota. Frankly, you acted like a robot and seemed a little more annoyed that I got your information and even escalated anything to you in the first place. I believe people should know about this. My wife and I aren't some unreasonable crazies. Rather, like you forementioned, we are long-time customers.
