I would give zero stars if I could. I have issues every time I need something done. I have to repeatedly call and leave messages for warranty services I have to use only through thier d I have issues every time I need something done. I have to repeatedly call and leave messages for warranty services I have to use only through thier dealership that go un answered. I absolutely despise coming here for anything. I am currently here for minor stains so I am having the Zack tek interior claim being processed. It's been over 4 hours!!! I could have had the whole car detailed quicker than that! Purchase extended warranties at your own risk!!!! This is not the first time of a extended wait either it's every time. More
A terrible experience altogether. I was sold a "lemon" car and have paid an extraordinary amount of money to have it repaired several times at Toyota Camelback to which they never rep I was sold a "lemon" car and have paid an extraordinary amount of money to have it repaired several times at Toyota Camelback to which they never repaired it in full. My car overheated and broke down several times and was in their shop 2 times in one week due to the same issue. My coolant was still draining out after I got it back for the "repair" they claimed to make, which cost me over 1200$. I brought it back with my concerns and Lorenzo told me they could not diagnose my car until Monday. I got set up with a rental car, but three hours later they called me back saying they filled it up with coolant and I can come get my car and told me they didn't think there was a problem but they didn't know. Three days later it drained out again and I had to bring it to a new dealership in which they informed me the repair was not fully done and my coolant was indeed leaking out into my water outlet. Upon checking my repair receipts, Camelback Toyota claimed they had repaired my water outlet just two weeks prior. When I contacted Lorenzo over this, he told me they would not take accountability or issue any refunds as I chose to not feel comfortable working with them and bring it to someone else, which is a blatant lie as I did bring it back to them and my concerns was blown off so I was given no other option. I would recommend to stay away unless you have unlimited money and don't care at all how the work is done and if your car is repaired properly. A disgusting show of complete carelessness. More
I brought my car in because it wouldn't start. They told me I needed a new starter. When they tried to replace the starter they broke one of the bolts, They charged me to remove the transmission a They told me I needed a new starter. When they tried to replace the starter they broke one of the bolts, They charged me to remove the transmission and drill out the bolt. when doing this they damaged the motor and told me that I needed a new motor now for $26,000. I had to pay them $2700 to get my car back in pieces! After towing it to another shop they were able to put my car back together and fix it for just over $1000 And worst of all the old starter was fine the whole time! it was just a corroded wire all along. Management has done nothing to help me on this I am extremely disappointed and have lost total faith in this dealership, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! More
I am writing this review to prevent from being scam and taken advantage off. Camelback Toyota is not in the business of taking care of their clients but rather, ripping them off and treating them worthless taken advantage off. I purchased a 4runner and service front and rear brake pads and resurfaced rotors at Camelback Toyota to find out not even a year later I would need new brakes, came to find out they charged me for OEM parts but they put on tier down of the original brakes pad to make you come back sooner but they wont sale those parts to clients, BE AWARE IF THIS. 4runner 5th gen, Rear brake pad oem number is 0446-60140. They put on 0446-AZ203. The shady part is they charge your for the OEM ones but don’t get what you pay for. They will get you , so be aware of this ! There is YouTube videos on this as well if you want to your own research but its time for big corporations to take advantage of their customers. More
