I have a maintenance package. Some of the maintenance was not covered under the package and I had to pay out of pocket. Everything went just as I expected. Aaron was great to deal Some of the maintenance was not covered under the package and I had to pay out of pocket. Everything went just as I expected. Aaron was great to deal with but wait time for service was average. A couple things I could have done myself for less money but I was visiting from out of town and didn't want to deal with it. So I trust that the service department took care of the vehicle and required work I paid for. I did notice a screw was loose on the passenger side rear fender and don't know if they missed tightening it or it came loose traveling from Washington to Phoenix in rough weather. Anyway I can tighten the screw myself. Also your survey should have a way out for people that just don't want to complete a survey. It's annoying. More
