After much research, I decided the xB was the car that best fit my needs. Chad was very patient and helpful even when the questions got tough! I have dealt with Camelback Scion twice now. The first time was a great experience on a 2006 Scion tC. So when it came time to get another new car, I never hesitated to go back there. This time I bought t time was a great experience on a 2006 Scion tC. So when it came time to get another new car, I never hesitated to go back there. This time I bought the new 2008 Scion xB. Just like the first, In and out very quickly, no hassles at all with the whole transaction. I am on my 24th car. So I have dealt with many dealerships and would/ will continue to go back to Camelback for sure. There sales dept. is very straight forward on what they can and can not do. If they can not do it, they will tell you right away. I have sat at dealerships for hours as they try and do this and that. All in all nevfer seems to be the best for the customer. At camelback, I never had this issue and was very satisfied when I left there. Not only in the vehicle I had, but in the service I got while I was there. I suggest this dealership 100%. More
Overall Myself and my wife had a really good time at this dealership. Even when we werent sure if we would get approved for my wifes car Chad was very staight forward with us and pretty honest. Didnt have any major problems or things that we were unsure about. Chad helped me out tremendously with my Tc by getting it put together the way i wanted all the way from Iraq. It took me a one day drive to Pheonix to sign and take my car home. I was very pleased with the service i recieved. I do feel like i paid a bit much for the upgrades and for the car itself but it has been a very dependable vehicle that i havent had any problems with. The only things that i did not completely understand or didnt get the full amount of information on were the upgrades available (TRD SUpercharger and the diversity of the Rims selection) and the trade in value of my wifes car. We werent told what we were gonna get untill we were signing the contract. Also the warranty information wasnt described fully as in how we take advantage of the 24hr towing and things of that nature. But that wasnt Chad it was the actuall loan advisor or manager. Besides for those small things i was completely satisfied with Chad and his services. I just wish EVERYTHING was as easy as he made things. Overall i would rate Camelback Scoin and Chad services a 4.99 on a scale to 5. Thanks for a great experience!!! More
My experience was pretty much cut and dry. I had recieved a phone call that toyota had needed used vehicles. So i visited toyota i traded my truck for a scion ct. The gentelmen i worked with were all extremely nice and helpful, John even showed us his trip to spain. My only problem was the price i had recieved for my trade in. Kelley blue book quoted me at 16,199 and i recieved 13,000 for it. I only wish that the price would have been different. Thank you for your help and convenience. More

First I got in and no one helps you out, then this guy comes up to me( he doesn’t look more than 23) and with out introducing him self to me asks me why I am here, and then he just walks to his desk without saying a thing!!! Like I should just know to follow him like a goat!!! Then he asks me what kind of a car I am driving!!! After I explain he tells me what piece of shit Im currently driving and than asks me if I am serious about buying a car today!!!(No I just came here to waste your time and mine), not sure why I stayed after that for another 30 min enduring their B.S. A bunch of sleaze balls they are!!! just STAY AWAY while you can!!!!! More

The sales representative changed the vehicle cost at least 3 times before we went in to purchase it. The experience was a stereotype obnoxious car sales deal. Old school, very high pressure salespeople but with the added twist of being flat out dishonest and deceptive. Borderline illegal sales and financing tactics. They added on options and charges I never approved and it took multiple visits to get them to fix it. At first they claimed to refund the money but just raised the interest rate (without telling me) so I ended up paying nearly the same amount. I finally got the charges removed and the interest rate fixed, but only after getting the run around and being persistent. I still wonder what other hidden charges they used to rip me off. Terrible, terrible experience. If you don't believe me do a web search on Camelback Toyota to find numerous complaints and horror stories. I wish I had done that before giving them my business. There are many Toyota dealers in Phoenix, do not give Camelback Toyota the chance to rip you off too. More
I told the sales person when I first met him that I was not going to buy a car today. I told him at least 15 times that I would not drive off the lot with a car. I wanted to know what they had in stock, what the prices were, and what specials they had. He told me he wasn't a "regular" car salesman, and he wouldn't "pressure sell" me. And then he proceeded to treat me like an airhead woman who doesn't know a scam when she sees one. Well, I'm not and I do. The sales person was sleazy and the finance guy was a jerk. My advice is to steer clear of Camelback Toyota. More
Went to purchase a 2008 Toyota FJ Crusier 4x4. Unfortunately, they were not able to meet advertised sale amount. They would meet it for the 4x2. There was discussions of additional(hidden) fees for the tint, paint protection, etc. which was not displayed on the vehicle. Felt we were truly dealing with the sterotypical car salesman and shady dealings and being misled. I have never sat in a dealership and the sales manager "talked bad" about competitors versus telling me why I should purchase their product. We ultimately decided against purchasing their vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
