I visited multiple other toyota dealerships before coming to Camelback, and Keith was the most understanding of all other representatives I dealt with. This is the best experience we ever has buying a car! The minute my husband and I walked in the showroom Tim Mc Cune put us at ease. If that wasn't enough, Mindy Voraz and Jeff Springer also came to help because we had so many questions. All three salespeople were knowledgable, friendly, and most of all NOT pushy. I had many questions about the financing and Jeff patiently answered each one. I truly feel Camelback Toyota gave us a fair price for our car. When my husband and I left the dealership we said to each other, "that was the best car buying experience we ever had!" I only wish I could buy two cars from them instead of just one. I found Tim McUne, my Sales & Lease Consultant at Camelback Toyota, to be professional, personable and respectful. He was not only knowledgeable of the Toyota/Scion models of my interest, but of the Camelback Toyota, to be professional, personable and respectful. He was not only knowledgeable of the Toyota/Scion models of my interest, but of the dealership, of Toyota, and of life in general. He was always punctual with meetings and phone calls. He was also very generous with his time. He even contacted me on a day off to update me on the delivery of my car. In the many hours I spent with Tim, he did not have one single negative word to say about anyone or anything. He also has a knack for relating to a person and making him/her feel understood and comfortable. It is refreshing to do business with a positively charged person with good morals. As Tim possesses a list of qualities you look for in a friend, I would certainly skip three dealerships again to get to Camelback Toyota in the future. I liked the experience so much at Camelback Toyota--I decided to purchase a second vehicle. Two weeks ago I worked with Mike Ricci in purchasing a 2009 Pontiac Vibe, the experience was so positive, I decided to purchase a second vehicle this past Friday--a 2010 Toyota Prius. As before, the experiece was a great one--from the demos' (multiple demos for both my wife and myself) to the negotiation process. They understood my requirements and did their best to meet my needs with minimal back and forth. Thank You again Camelback Toyota for making this an easy decision for me and my wife to make. After several hours of neogiations I was quoted a price but was charged a higher price on the contract and wasn't told about the price increase!! I've traded with Camelback Toyota 4 times. They are wonderful to do business with. Mindy Voras helped me with this trade and she is as wonderful to work with as Mohammed Swellan was on my previous tra wonderful to do business with. Keith is friendly, nice, easy to talk to and he has a high level of patience in term of handling bad temper customer like me ^^ he has tried his best in doin his job and i really recommend you to ask for Keith Darden whenever you decide to buy cars. other than that, this dealership has given me so much headache. I went in with he expectation that I would get a run-around--I was wrong. From the salesman (Michael Ricci), the manager of trade-ins, the finance department and all the way to the service departme run-around--I was wrong. I will add, I can be a difficult customer--I am demanding and have certain expectations of how I want the car buying experience to go. They were most accomodating to me and bent over backwards to make me feel the deal I received is the one I wanted. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
