Our initial contact with Bob Bittinger was in response to a search on the internet to locate the vehicle were hoping to purchase as well as obtaining pricing information on the new vehicle and an estimate of a search on the internet to locate the vehicle were hoping to purchase as well as obtaining pricing information on the new vehicle and an estimate of the value of our trade-in vehicle. Bob's professional and very friendly manner of assistance during a follow-up call after sending us an email is the reason we came into Camelback Toyota. After visiting two other Toyota dealers close to our home and not being able to locate and/or negotiate a purchase, we decided to contact Bob again to see if he thought he could locate any vehicles similar to what we were looking for within our price range before we made the trip to his dealership which was further away from home than any of the other Toyota dealers who had responded to our internet request. He convinced us that he thought that he could help us put together a deal. Bob was great! He located a vehicle at his dealership that fit our critia and sat down with us and worked out a purchase deal that worked for all of us. All of the other employees we had contact with just as personable as he is. We were extremely happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Camelback Toyota to all Toyota shoppers! More
My husband and I specifically went to Camelback Toyota for a truck listed online. When we arrived at the dealership we asked to see the truck listed in the online add. We were taken to an entirely diffe for a truck listed online. When we arrived at the dealership we asked to see the truck listed in the online add. We were taken to an entirely different vehicle and then told that the truck we wanted to see must be somewhere else on the lot. When Bob started to help us locate the truck another salesman mumbled that the truck in the online add was in detailing and no one could view it. Immediately Bob pointed to a black truck 3 rows away and said "How about that black truck?" My husband asked for details on the black truck and made it clear that it had too many miles. We were then escorted around the detail center and back lot area for 30 minutes to find out that the original truck in the online add had been sold the day before. Then Barry introduced himself and had the nerve to ask us why we did not want to purchase the black truck without ever asking us what our needs were. When we did not act interested he made a comment that the price was too high and he was really trying to shove the black truck down our throats. We had to physically turn away and walk out the door. Beware of the Black Truck that they really want to get rid of! We will never return to this dealership. Thanks for wasting our time on a vehicle that was sold the day before! More

Jim Maunu met us in the lot and showed us the vehicles we asked about. He was very curtious and answered every question (or found someone who could). He followed up in subsequent days, including after the sa asked about. He was very curtious and answered every question (or found someone who could). We were introduced to key members of the staff, including a trip out to the service department to meet our new Service advisor. More
I recently worked with Mohamed Nour at Camelback Toyota to purchase a new Toyota vehicle. This was my first Toyota and my first out-of-state car purchase (I'm in Texas, Camelback is in Arizona). It was p to purchase a new Toyota vehicle. This was my first Toyota and my first out-of-state car purchase (I'm in Texas, Camelback is in Arizona). It was painless throughout and, even, enjoyable at times. The responsiveness provided by Mohamed was pitch-perfect and very quick. The pricing was excellent. And the follow through during and, even more imporantly, after the sale and paperwork process was excellent. I would absolutely purchase from Mohamed again. More
Lisa and Bruce were very helpful and understanding. They knew I was on a budget. They showed me different vehicles. I thought I wanted a RAV4. They were out of the pre-owned RAV I saw online. The new RAVS we knew I was on a budget. They showed me different vehicles. I thought I wanted a RAV4. They were out of the pre-owned RAV I saw online. The new RAVS were over my budget. Bruce told me about the Corollas. I saw this Red Sporty Corolla and I fell in love. They made the experience less stressful than I thought it would be. Bob Horchler, the business office maager was very kind and understanding. They were a great team! We were looking for a 2010-2009 Camry / Altima /Accord or a 2011 Sonata and did a bunch of research on inventory across the valley. Disappointed with the Sonata's we saw at Nick Mayer Hyundai (besides the fa a 2011 Sonata and did a bunch of research on inventory across the valley. Disappointed with the Sonata's we saw at Nick Mayer Hyundai (besides the fact that they were RUDE), we drove into the Camelback Toyota Showroom. As soon as we parked our car (which we were gonna trade in), "William" walked up to us (typical at any car dealership). But this is where how it is at any typical dealership ends. William seemed like a very honest guy. We had a trade + our budget that we told him he walked us up to see a bunch of 2010 and 2011 Camry's, if you are a serious buyer they'll cut you a deal from where "Louai" the sales manager joined him to start working on our deal. And boy did we get a great deal! The whole experience was very smooth, no sales pressure, Louai our salesman was excellent. It seemed more like we were pressuring them to sell us the car the entire time!. It could also have been because they really wanted our trade, A 2003 Porsche Boxster with automatic transmission + 59K Miles. At the end of the day, We came out getting full KBB value on our trade and spent exactly the amount of money we had budgeted and got ourselves a wonderful used 2011 Camry! Overall a wonderful car buying experience. William is a very humble and honest man. He thanked us at least 10 times when we were about to drive off with our new car. Camelback Toyota was recommended to me by a family friend who had a great experience and my experience was no different. Lisa and Jason were friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help me get th who had a great experience and my experience was no different. Lisa and Jason were friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help me get the vehicle I wanted at the best possible price. After our negotiations we were given a tour of the facility and introduced to everyone we would need to know for future visits for service as well as any accessories we might need. Lisa also followed up with me the next day to check in on how everything was working out. Camelback's customer service was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back when we are in need of other vehicles. Thank you so much for your time and effort! More
I recently purchased a 2010 Tundra. When asked how I wished to finance the vehicle I told my salesperson I am a member of Desert Schools Credit Union and I want to finance it through them. When I sat do wished to finance the vehicle I told my salesperson I am a member of Desert Schools Credit Union and I want to finance it through them. When I sat down with the finance person he told me he had gone through Toyota Financial Services. at a rate that was equal or better than Desert Schools'. Today I went to Desert Schools and got a rate of 3.99 per cent. I decided to take out a loan from them, pay off the TFS loan. Upon doing so I was told my loan with Toyota was for 48 Mos. and not 36 mos. as I wanted, and was told it was for 36 Mos. when apprised of the monthly payment. I am totally dissatisfied with being misled under the guise that everything that was being done was in good faith. I feel I have been taken for a ride and will never do business with Camelback again nor will I ever refer it to anyone. Your finance department needs to take a good look at its covert tactics. The people were very friendly and the dealership was beautiful inside. There was no pressure and they were very easy to work with. The dealer offers many conforts to take advantage of when I drop off beautiful inside. There was no pressure and they were very easy to work with. The dealer offers many conforts to take advantage of when I drop off in the future for service work (cafe, shuttle service etc). My only complaint is how long the entire process took to purchase a new car (5 hours total). Most of the time was spent trying to find the manager who should have been available on the spot. Over all experience was still good. More
