Klaus went above and beyond on many occasions! Besides being honest, down-to-earth and a very enjoyable guy, he made sure we found the right car at the right prices. He also kept us well hydrated and even spent all day at the dealership on his day off. He was actually our salesman twice. Once, our financing was denied after a couple of weeks of driving our new car. After continuing our car shopping saga for another month we actually came back and he was still very willing to help us, even though it had fallen through the previous time. Jesse was our finance guy (though we did work with a few others) and he was really great about working with our specific situation. As it ended up, they were able to get us a really good deal on a great car while still completely maintaning their integrity. I am very pleased with what I have seen at Camelback Toyota. The only thing I regret is the first time; not knowing if we were approved before driving off with that first car. But the second time around they made sure we were approved before giving us the keys. I definitely recommend them! Especially Klaus! More
My fiance and I went here to purchase a Prius. We got there and met Samba first. He went and got keys for us to test drive a 2009 Prius and then we weent inside. I wanted a newer reliable vehicle with a good warranty. Samba was being trained by Boo who took over when we got inside. We were talking about the price as we didn't want to pay the ridiculously over inflated price on the sticker and wanted a reasonable monthly payment. We were ready to purchase the 2009 when Boo said that they had a 2007 they just got in and it would be less expensive than the 2009. I was worried about the warranty since a 2007 is older than what I was looking for and we had agreed on a price for the 2009. Boo explained how the warranty on the 2009 (with about 12,000 miles on it) was not as good as the warranty on the 2007. She told us that the warranty is extended by Toyota as part of their certification program so that it is the same as a warranty on a new car. So we would be getting a 2007 at a slightly lower price with a very good warranty. Well, this was a big lie. My check engine light went on today and I had to pay $421 to replace a flow valve. When I got upset - and I didn't raise my voice or anything like that, I calmly told the service man that I had been lied to and it looked like they just didn't care. After I told him about how I was lied to instead of responding to what I had said he told me about the warranty information. When I let him know that I could tell he didn't care he went on the offensive - like I'd hurt his feelings and asked me why I thought he didn't care so I explained that he offered no solution only referred back to the warranty information. He then exclaimed how I hadn't even given him the chance to let me talk to customer service, when that was not anything he had said up to that point. He had offered no solution up until he went on the offensive. When I was leaving I could hear the men talking about me and laughing. It's incredibly shocking and upsetting to be treated so badly and with so much disrespect by a business who I am patronizing. I really just wanted to cry. More

Although the transaction covered a period of 5 weeks there was never any pressure to buy, just nice friendly people willing to answer questions or find information for me. The final price was good and provided value to me and a profit so the Dealer can continue to operate a beautiful facility. I look forward to my next visit for service. More
This was not what we were expecting from a car dealership. Everyone was professional yet laid back. I can honestly say I am very happy I made the decision to come here. I purchased a new Prius and, due to the shortage of inventory because of high demand and the earthquake in Japan, there were no great deals to be made. Nonetheless, I felt the price was still fair considering the circumstances. My salesman, Kevin McInnes, and the Sales Director, Jeff Stringer, were both totally honest with me and gave me the best possible deal on both my new car and my trade in. Everything went very smoothly, and everything they told me was backed up by what actually happened. In other words, these people have integrity, and you would not be dissappointed in buying a car from them. More

After a few times of speaking with her she called me with the exact car I was looking for with everything I wanted in the car, it also had more accessories than I had expected. The numbers worked out perfect. She promised me a full tank of gas even though it was a used car and their policy is that it is sold with what ever is in there. She reached in her own pocket to help me out and being a single mother of two children every little bit helps. I would recommend Camelback Toyota to everyone who is in need of a newer car, whether it is pre-owned or brand new. I would only send them to Lisa though to ensure they receive the excellent and courteous service I was given. As a rule of thumb I run from car salesman especially pre-owned, however I no longer feel that way because of Lisa. When I come back to the dealership I only hope she is still working there, because I will only buy a car from her More
I sold my old used car to an employee here and ended up looking around to see what they had available since I needed another vehicle. Vaughn was the opposite of my idea of a new car salesperson and more l looking around to see what they had available since I needed another vehicle. Vaughn was the opposite of my idea of a new car salesperson and more like a friend trying to help me find just what I was looking for. After a few days of discussing and looking around I decided to lease a new Corolla S and they gave me such a great deal. They worked so quickly (but didn't rush me) to get me driving away in my new car that day! What a cool feeling. Great overall experience and I highly recommend this dealer and Vaughn especially. More
