We went to this dealership after visiting several others and leaving disappointed. We were met by Faisel Ismael (?spelling), who directed us to Ryan Johnson. Ryan was young, enthusiastic and despite being and leaving disappointed. We were met by Faisel Ismael (?spelling), who directed us to Ryan Johnson. Ryan was young, enthusiastic and despite being relatively knew to Toyota knew the vehicles well. We interacted with him over the course of a few hours. We also interacted intermittently but repeatedly with the sales director Richie. Once we decided to move forward wit the purchase we worked with Jens in finance. The process took a while, but in their defense they had to find the model and color of car we wanted (Sienna XLE in Cyprus Pearl), which they did. The detailing/cleaning took a while, but that probably couldn't be helped. We paid a fair price, were dealt with openly and honestly, and were comfortable throughout the entire proceeding. I would definitely buy from them again, and appreciate how they approached things from start to finish. More

It's clear that Camelback Toyota means to provide their customers with an excellent experience. Every time I went to the dealership, a sales person met me immediately and asked how he could help. Each time I said I'm here to see Lisa Garcia, the salesperson said, "Come right this way; I'll get her for you." And he did. Lisa Garcia in the sales department was great to work with: friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and willing to go out of her way to make the transaction as comfortable as possible for me. After I purchased the car, I called Lisa a couple of times for assistance and she took care of me right away. The finance manager, the sales manager, and the service team were all friendly and eager to please. There were absolutely no high-pressure tactics used and, in fact, it was my best ever car-buying experience. More

I went in to trade my precious Camry in for a newer vehicle, not knowing exactly what I wanted. It was a very hard decision, as I was still very happy not only with my Camry, but also with the incredible deal I had gotten at Camelback Toyota when I bought it just two and a half years ago. When I arrived, I found so many wonderful new vehicles with great prices that it seemed impossible to decide what to buy. Robert Bapst, Richie Davisson and the whole team gave me all the time I needed to research, answering a zillion questions about each vehicle, all the available options, financing and incentives for each model. They were unbelievably helpful and never pressured me in the least to make a decision. After almost two weeks of deliberating, I realized it would be best to purchase a car in another month or two. I was dreading even the thought of letting them know what I had decided to do, considering all of the time they'd spent with me. When I finally told them, they were exceptionally kind and gracious about it, saying they just wanted me to really happy with my purchase. I simply couldn't believe it when they even washed my old car before I left, so it would be nice for me to drive home. Now that is A-NUMBER-ONE service!!! Thank you Camelback Toyota! They are definitely "First Class." The place a very professional and well organized from the time you drive onto the lot until you have culminated your transaction. I have owned my previous Toyota for ten years and have been very satisfied. However, for this purchase I was looking for a smaller SUV and was very close to purchasing a competing brand (Hyundai Tucson) been very satisfied. However, for this purchase I was looking for a smaller SUV and was very close to purchasing a competing brand (Hyundai Tucson) Following an online query about trade-in value for my previous car, I received a call from sales manager Tracy, who mentioned there were some low mileage certified used cars in stock. I stopped in the dealership with a conviction that I would NOT be making the purchase that day. However, in the end, I became convinced that staying with Toyota would be the wisest choice. This was the result of the helpful, no-pressure salesmanship of John Salmon, backed up by manager Tracy. They also offered significantly above the trade-in offers I'd had from the online site, and from the Hyundai dealers I'd talked to. I had access to a series of complimentary remarks about the service department from other satisfied customers, and I know that Toyota management follows up after every contact to make sure you, as a customer, are completely satisfied. The necessary paperwork was dispatched efficiently, and there were no sudden, last minute add-ons. The price quoted was the real price. I have not yet used the service department, but I am anticipating the same friendly helpfulness that I've seen in the sales and finance areas. I do believe that ethic comes from the top down, and will be apparent in all areas. I would be happy to recommend this dealer to friends or family. More

During my research I came across this dealer rating website. I discovered that one Toyota dealer; Camelback Toyota was rated better than one I had previously used. I decided to call the sales manager, Richie Davidson, who was mention numerous times in various reviews for Camelback Toyota. Since I am not the type of person who deals with any salesperson who walks of to me, I called ahead, spoke to Richie who told me to ask for him. I had names of salespeople from this web site; however I decided to let Richie choose the salesperson who would work with me. The person he picked was Imad. Great choice! Being a woman the biggest thing I hate when dealing with a salesperson, is one who patronizes and tries to sell me what they think I should have; I sell myself. Well, Imad was courteous without being overbearing. I was in and out of the dealership with my 2012 Scion in less than 1½ hours including the test drive. Imad took his time in going over the car’s features with me and synched up the Bluetooth feature to my phone. He also followed up with a courtesy phone call to see if I had any questions a couple of days later. When I called back later with a questions, he followed up by returning my phone call and providing a satisfactory answer. Drew the finance person, gave me what I wanted as part of the contract and did not try to tack on anything I didn’t want. I was trading in my 2002 Toyota Highlander and was unsure whether I wanted to stick with an SUV or make the change to a sedan. I spent hours deciding, but hey when you drive the same vehicle for 10 years, you want to be sure! Well, I ended up purchasing a new 2012 Toyota Camry SE and couldn't be happier. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car shopping experience with great customer service from start to finish, and even follow up afterwards. Thanks! More
