I am very disappointed with my recent experience. At the time of purchase, I was told the vehicle had not been in an accident according to the Carfax report. However, after taking a closer look at the vehicle, it was clear that repairs had been done. The right front door handle did not function properly, which led me to take the vehicle to Camelback Volkswagen. There, I was informed that the vehicle appeared to have been involved in some form of accident. I then had to return to Camelback Toyota to address the issue. While the accessories advisor was very helpful, I did not receive the same level of support from Andre. Additionally, the sales team emphasizes that they “love helping families,” but my experience has not reflected that sentiment. I am currently still waiting on my $2,000 cashback check for my trade-in. The vehicle has already been funded, yet I have not received the payment owed to me. I have contacted Caleb, Tim Bland, and multiple finance representatives, but I continue to be transferred, leave voicemails, and receive no response. Although Devon, my salesperson, has made an effort to assist me, there has been a lack of follow-through from others involved in the transaction. A deal was made, but the commitments have not been fulfilled. I am simply asking for the funds that are owed to me and timely communication. It is extremely frustrating to have to repeatedly reach out without receiving resolution. More

Everyone was very nice and 5 stars until I bought the car. Unfortunately I needed to bring my car back to them for a couple times for a maintenance issue and it went downhill from there.
