As with ANY car dealership i have dealt with, i got the run around by the salesperson and the purchasing manager (the person i signed the contract with). I hate going to dealerships and this one just conf run around by the salesperson and the purchasing manager (the person i signed the contract with). I hate going to dealerships and this one just confirmed why. Purchasing a car should be no different than. Buying a toaster. There should be a price and thats it. Either you buy the car or not. Setting appointments is frustrating and not straight forward. Communication is mid. Having to search your office for the desk of a guy a barely met once so I can tell him I'm there to pick up my vehicle forward. Communication is mid. Having to search your office for the desk of a guy a barely met once so I can tell him I'm there to pick up my vehicle is xxxxxxxx, can we really not just get at least a kiosk with sign that check in here to get your vehicle? Why is my job to feel like an imposition bothering somebody at their desk just to ask what the process is to get my truck back. It almost makes me not care about the 2 years of free oil changes that came with my purchase because the time and hassle of doing it myself would be so much less than having to navigate your service department. Samuel was friendly and helpful so I'm not complaining about him, it's system you guys have created that's just plain broken. More
making a lot of recommendation to repaiir my Toyota Camry that do not have problem. I am glad I did not fall into scam saying that all of parts need ATTENTION which it is not. I just bought this Toyota Camry 5,000 miles ago, last August and sending me attention that those need to fix... 8, yes you can say that right, EIGHT attentions that need to be repaired, those costs are like maybe 1,200 in total. I am really TIRED of mechanic scam nowadays hoping for victim that can't see what is wrong in the car. More
