Horrible Dealership! !!!! Will never use them again other than for what my extended warranty covers. I had heard nothing but good things about Toyota until I had to deal w !!!! I had heard nothing but good things about Toyota until I had to deal with these people and they sold me a lemon that I have had nothing but issue after issue with. The only highlight of this dealership is Jeremiah in the service department and the rental car guys. The service technicians themselves are horrible. Every time I have has work done here, I take it to another mechanic to verify the work has been done properly. There have been numerous occasions of poor workmanship and improper installation. I should be able to trust the work is done correctly, but that is far from the case at this dealership. In addition, the sales people totally wasted our time. They called and told us we could definitely get a lower interest rate or get us into a newer vehicle. When we arrive and waited (Again!), we were told that without a cosigner, there was nothing they could do for us. This dealership is a total joke!!! If you want a good Toyota experience, go to Surprise. More

I really like Toyota vehicles, and I love my car. However, it feels like the service department charges me more each time I go. After each visit, I receive a coupon for a 15% discount on future services, although I wish it was a 50% discount! My favorite service advisor is Maurio—sorry if I'm spelling his name wrong; I know it sounds like Mario, but it’s not quite the same. More
