Poor Service This is a review of Camelback Subaru Service Department. I had no issues from the sales department and bought 2 vehicles from Amy Dudley 6 months apar This is a review of Camelback Subaru Service Department. I had no issues from the sales department and bought 2 vehicles from Amy Dudley 6 months apart. Most if not all manufacturers give you free service for a period of time when you buy a new vehicle. This is so that you gain confidence and trust in the brand and Service Department and will continue to bring your vehicle to them when it is out of warrant and when service is needed and you pay for it (and buy more cars). I have 30+ years in the industry as a technician and a trainer for a manufacturer that is beyond my ability to afford. I will state that, when done properly, you get a better quality of service from the dealership than from private shops because the technicians should have better training and availability to bulletins concerning the specific make. CB Subaru even after repeated conversations asking why my tires were not inflated properly or fluids were not filled still gets it wrong after almost 3 years. Now that I am paying for my services I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere, I cannot trust they will do what is supposed to be done for the money I pay. More

But I remember the very first time when I decided to bring in my vehicle to troubleshoot a transmission issue. This was after being pushed back and forth from other locations, being misinformed about the actual issue at hand. But not to bore you with words, I brought my vehicle at Camelback Subaru to have it inspected for the issue mentioned above and I was very satisfied with the results. I couldn't say that I was happy with my new expenses that I was going to be facing but, it was an honest diagnostic and with that I was able to invest in fixing the issue, knowing what it was instead of playing the guessing games. I have always worked with Kyle Schutte and my experience with him has always been praiseworthy. He's very knowledgeable, he knows and understands my type of car and he's determined to get the work done at customer's expectation and satisfaction. Since then, I always bring in my car to be serviced because I know for a fact that it will get serviced to my expectations and satisfaction. So I thank the whole team for caring for my car and me as a driver, because, my safety in that car when I'm driving it depends on the overall safety of the vehicle itself. More
Exceptional Customer Service from start to finish! Todd Hayes and Kyle Schutte completely handled my situation. My Subaru Forester was inoperable, I was on a long distance driving trip and home was in Todd Hayes and Kyle Schutte completely handled my situation. My Subaru Forester was inoperable, I was on a long distance driving trip and home was in California. Both Todd and Kyle saw to it that my car was repaired within 5 days ..(engine was still under Warranty) and they had my auto shipped back to me in California with no up front out of pocket costs, with the exception of one night local hotel stay and rental car back in Los Angeles.
