BUYER BEWARE- THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! !! They reserved a service appt and once they found out it was warranty work (which they get a lower rate for) it took them a week to plug it in for d !! Booked a service reservation... took a week to service it. That's when the real trouble started. They had the vehicle of ours for over 4 months. No follow-up, I had to call weekly to leave messages only to have weeks go by without an update. Never could get the truth from them, at one point a manager even told me a specialist from Ford had to come out to repair it. When we FINALLY got the vehicle back, they didn't even wash it. HORRENDOUS, do yourself a favor skip this place, I wish I did! More
