He told us to just come down and they will work their best to help us. I had my doubts but I felt compelled to give it a shot. A little Disrepected I was disappointed with the customer service after the sell, I had the car for a week, less than 100 miles on the car and somewhere I picked up a nail I was disappointed with the customer service after the sell, I had the car for a week, less than 100 miles on the car and somewhere I picked up a nail/screw in the tire and it had to be replaced, I called and spoke with my salesman to see if it mite be covered by the dealer/manufacturer or maybe the extended warranty I purchased. He told me he didn't know and transferred me to the finance Department, they told me they didn't know but would get back to me and never did, in any event I had the car a week and had to buy a tire, as I was not going to wait on a call that never came.....I am disappointed they did not call and tell something you know even if there was nothing they could do about it they should of returned me call.......Over all it was a good experience ( But did fell a little disrespected when finance didn't call me back Stuart Ferguson More

WARNING- DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP I highly recommend you consider a different dealership to purchase your vehicle. After they take you on the test drive they bring you back to negotiat I highly recommend you consider a different dealership to purchase your vehicle. After they take you on the test drive they bring you back to negotiate price and like previous comments say on their reviews, they try and add an additional $4,000. It is a complete joke. I personally am a business man and saw through their bull $hit and refused to pay the hidden fee's. And then, after the purchase, they gave me the vehicle on EMPTY and car dirty at 9:30pm when everything got settled. After complaining about the terrible purchase presentation they sent me a $25 gift card, which would have been acceptable, if it were a Prius. The cost of filling up the car $40.......AND the GSM Daniella- Such a joke. Worst customer service associate I've ever dealt with. Screened my calls and avoided calling me back because she knew she was in the wrong. I normally do not post reviews and this is my first for Google but I wish I was for-warned before visiting this location and its poor customer service More
